I think he is whispering & I dont think someone whispering down a phone is easy to identify hence Belle not recognising its him. My first guess as to why was to protect her & keep her away from the site. Maybe he heard them say they would do something about her if they saw her again. Or what if he finds something in the office to back up what shes saying & makes the threatning phone call thinking she will tell Angelo & they trace the call to the site office & then start an investigation. He later tells her what he did & at first she freaks but then realises his intentions were good & they get back together but keep it quet so Aden can carry on working at the site to find more info & she just stays with Angelo to use him for info. Or maybe its just a guy thing, mens minds work in mysterious ways afterall. So what if he decides he wants adelle back together & goes to tell her but has a run in with Angelo & realises he will have to fight for her back. He then hatches this plan to scare her with a phone call so she will come running to him for help & he agrees to help her whilst still working there proving he cares more about her than his job. He wont ever tell her he made the call & she will never find out it was him & he knows she wouldn't tell Angelo cos she wasn't supposed to be hanging around the site anymore & could get into serious trouble. Anyway they are just my opinions & theories which I thought I would share. I dont expect any of this to happen cos I always get it totally wrong. Some great ideas but Aden gets fired on Tuesday... EDIT: This could be the call that Belle gets with something terrible about Aden?? Didn't know Aden gets fired on tuesday, totally missed that one. Was that in the spoilers?

I actually found it funny the first time I saw it, cos it was like, 'you really have no idea what's going on with the two of them, do you?' But now it's just ARGH! He's rearing his ugly head... I just can't wait to find out what it is exacty!

Seriously, I don't know how Angelo cant see that Belle's not into him!

Not to mention that she wanted to get back together with him, chose him first before he rejected her because she slept with Angelo, she's dreaming of him and she's more concerned about him and his job than about Angelo's
