The Aden & Belle Appreciation Thread

Just wanted to say 'farewell' and it's been fun - am cutting out of this thread now after receiving a message from the moderator about spamming. Am sick and tired of being on a forum which is monitored in this way and have absolutely no idea how what I've said counts as spam anyway.

Just got home and watched the episode and I am so happy right now!

And how hilarious is the interview with Todd and Jess? I love them!

I love the idea of Aden becoming a therapist! He would be fantastic at it coz he's a good listener and has been thru a lot himself. I wouldn't mind seeing him as a shirtless lifeguard too, but i think he would be an excellent counsellor. I think being able to help others who have been thru similar stuff would create some fantastic storylines and would show off more of todd's great acting skills. for a charactor who doesn't seem to have much of a plan for his future (apart from spending it with belle) it would be great to see him with some ambition and direction. :cool:

Oh and I almost forgot I think my favourite part of the whole ep may have been Aden hanging over the edge of the bed clearly visibile through the door - way to hide from Angelo lol!

Bit of a random observation but I like the way that Aden has up until today often been shown to go to the peer at times of distress (After HIV test, when his dad was in hospital etc) but now that he is back with Belle he has taken her there to comfort her in her time of stress. I thought that was a nice touch!

ETA: Apologies but I don't think my new Adelle video will be ready for tonight because I wanted to include todays scenes but my internet is incredably slow tonight and they haven't downloaded yet.

See I think its a shame The Den didn't work out because I actually think had it been used as a sort of drop in couciling place for teens it could have worked really well because both Aden and Belle would be quite good at relating to people who have problems and need help and Aden has clearly learnt a lot of theropy techniques whilst he was at the clinic. I think that was what Leah initially intended for The Den but it seemed to become just more like an internet cafe. I don't think Leah was really the right person for the job but in the hands of people like Aden/Belle/Roman/maybe occasionally Miles/Rachel it could be a really great idea.

This debate was going on in the Aden/Todd thread, but with the SBJ cryptic clue that people are speculating might mean

the appearance of a new drop-in centre

, then maybe Aden as counsellor could be a real possibility! That would be a really good move for him as a character!

It would be great for Belle to help out as well..(i would still like to see her become a journalist/photographer), but they both have such complex backgrounds, they could both work really well in that kind of job.

I think my parents hate me! All I have been talking about this evening is H&A (mostly adelle )

I dont think I have ever been so happy on a Tuesday! hehe.

I was just thinking, if by our calculations Adelle are still together by January then that means Aden can buy Belle the most romantic present in the history of romantic christmas presents, oh and then valentines day... eek I am soo excited.
