Thanks but that's what i'm having problems with. They lag like hell and the actual OS one won't play for me at all.

Let us know when it's on your site, then we can still keep track of how many people watch the video. If we get a really good response, we will be able to do more of this style of interview. Instructions are as follows: 1. Click through to Home & Away on Yahoo!7 Video. 2. Find a clip of interest and click to play it. 3. Click the "Video Page" link next to the player. 4. On the video page you'll see a text box underneath the word "Embed". Click it and then copy the text out. 5. Paste the ext into the appropriate spot in the code for your website. Just to say I cant cause my computer is rubbish but this what the H&A site says. You cant add it to YT but you could add it to here. Apart from I dont know the rules for this site. The instructions from the OS are above

How can I not, they are addictive. lol Can't wait for friday's episode. Did anyone else think Belle was not as happy as Aden or is that just her feeling guilty for cheating on Angelo? She looked like she was holding back when they were sitting at the pier.
