I'm wanting recommendations on Hair Masks/Conditioning treatments.... I currently use Redken products but I would love some suggestions for other treatments which cost less than $40NZD

extra info..... It doesn't need to be for colour treated hair, and it needs to be suitable for Curly/Dry/Damaged Hair

Thanks :)

If you have dry hair looking for products which have coconut oil extracts can help. My hairdresser told me this :P - though I have the complete opposit problem!

Also you can google different sites and fish around for products that you're looking for. They have loads of different reviews on the net.

The Neutrogena site is quite handy.

Maybe this'll help. :)

Thanks for the suggestions Haaxhaa, I used to use a coconut oil based treatment but it's no longer being sold here in Wellington.

Has anyone had any experiences with Andrew Collinge treatments?

I need a bit of help..... I got a jumper which I really wanted from Country Road for my birthday but I have no idea what to wear with it. (I can't do a link because my Mum got it in Sydney a couple of months back). It's dark grey with a draped braided detail on the front.

The only idea I have though of is just wearing it with Black jeans (which I don't have any of).

I'm bumping this thread again....

Does anyone know of any good websites for hairstyles? I was supposed to get my hair cut last week but I postponed it because I want something different and I'm struggling to find inspiration.

My Hair is really wavy, and thick and at the moment its between jawline and shoulder length which is the longest i've had it since I was working back in 08'.

I just bought Garnier Nutrisse Truly Blond prelightener... and am now worried because of all the negative reviews I have read. Anyone else ever used this product?

Recently I bought Johnson's Dreamy Skin body lotion and it is AMAZING! I couldn't find a moisturiser that actually made your skin soft and silky until now. It smells really yummy too and I recommend it to everyone.

Can anyone recommend a self-tanner for me? I've tried a few different ones, and I've ended up with a bronzer gel from Garnier which is okay, except it dries very slowly and seem to stain clothes and sheets even a long time after you've applied (pretty much until you shower). I've been using it because it gives a natural looking tan, not orange or grey-brown like some of them do, but if anyone knows anything that dries faster, doesn't stain as bad and is easy to apply, I'd love to hear about it. Also a plus if it doesn't smell too bad, but I can live with that. And preferrably something with a naturall looking result. I have caucasian skin, but quite a lot of pigment, so I'm not really pale at all. I'm just terrified of ending up orange :P

Black skirt, black trousers, depending on the shde of grey either stonewash or dark blue jeans (ie light grey then dark jeans, dark grey then light jeans), leggings and jeggings.

I've used prelighteners and had no problems but it you are worried about it then I suggest that you don't use it. Or alternatively do a strand test and see how it affects your hair.

I've used the self tan lotion from Superdrug. It's like hint of sun and will build up colour over the period of use. It gives you a natural colour too. I've used Johnsons but that leaves streaks.

For anybody that wants a cheap conditioner for hair take some sprigs of rosemary and put them in a jug of hot water and leave until luke warm. wash hair as normal then after the final rise pour the rosemary infused water over it. It will leave your hair shining and cut down on frizz.
