Dan F Posted October 30, 2008 Report Posted October 30, 2008 Car crash of Home and Away's Todd Lasance now being investigated Daily Telegraph AFTER stalling for almost three months, the police investigation into Home and Away star Todd Lasance's horror crash is on the road again after the elderly woman injured in the accident was released from hospital. Now forced to use a walking frame after suffering multiple fractures, a collapsed lung and broken ribs, Margaret Holland, 80, returned home last week still recovering from several surgeries. Lasance, whose Toyoto Supra was totalled after hitting a pole in the August 10 prang, has sent an elaborate bunch of flowers to the crash victim. Her doctor husband Victor told Confidential the couple have had to install a chair lift in their home because his wife cannot walk up stairs. "She is slowly getting better but I just wish we knew what was happening with the whole thing," he told Confidential. Police yesterday confirmed their investigation - which was put on hold until both parties could be interviewed - will now move forward. Initial reports suggested Mrs Holland caused the accident by allegedly making an improper right turn but that has been called into question after six eye witnesses approached police with conflicting stories. The actor has refused to speak publicly about the crash.
Symphony Posted October 30, 2008 Report Posted October 30, 2008 oh my god ... i had no idea that someone else was hurt in the crash, that poor woman - sounds like she's been to hell and still travelling back from it .... His ex-gf was in the car with him as well at the time, wasn't she? My God.... You don't want it to be him, at all, but - if so many eye witnesses have come forward with conflicting stories ... sometimes it's hard to separate Todd from being Aden God, I hope it wasn't his fault.
