Cerise Posted November 1, 2008 Report Posted November 1, 2008 HAHA! HAHAHA!! OMG!!! Sorry. A little biit hyper. Boohoo, Austin. I never have to see his face again. This is too much to handle...
karenp Posted November 1, 2008 Report Posted November 1, 2008 He is very annoying i must say but im very surprised he's gone
Izzy H Posted November 1, 2008 Report Posted November 1, 2008 I don't think it's funny that Austin left. He was one of the best singers in the group and was actually better than Rachel. I don't think that the song Rachel sang in the sing off suited her voice whereas Austin's song suited him to the max. I am sorry to see Austin go and I believe this is not the last we have seen of him.
Cerise Posted November 1, 2008 Report Posted November 1, 2008 Rachel has a fantastic voice, she just hasn't ahd the opportunity to shine. She sang incredibly in the survivals and she truly deserved to go through. I could spend hours insulting Austin by using any adjective under the sun - but in short, he's boring, repetitive, not a great singer, and, well, he cries a lot. He's a bit whimpy. Which isn't the reason I don't like him, so don't shoot me for that comment. But come on, Wishing On A Star was terrible! He made Disco depressing. I had to press the mute button halfway through. And Cheryl Cole is my new heroin. I was so sure she'd send Rachel home. Anyway. Dianna was fa-bu-lous, loved the song, the look, everything! She's my girl, and I flove her this [............................................................] much!
Izzy H Posted November 1, 2008 Report Posted November 1, 2008 I think its a bit unfair for people to comment personally on an individual especially when you don't know him. He was very mature tonight and not whimpy at all. Yes he cried because he didn't want to leave but that is totally understandable. It's okay to say that you don't like the performance, singing etc, but to comment personally is a little bit selfish. Wishing on a star was not terrible, it was one of the best vocals of the night, I must say though that it wasn't really a disco song.

She's my girl, and I flove her this [............................................................] much! Really? If I remember correctly she has had the opportunity to shine 4 times & only 1 out of those 4 times did she prove she was a worthy contestant. & You can't blame Dannii either. Rachel had the opportunity to pick her song, which she did, and completely ruined it for herself & not to mention completely murdered one of my favourite songs. I loved her the first time, during the Audition, but as of late, she is really grating on me. Her horrible attitude ain't doing her any favours either. Having said all that, I can understand why the judges decided to keep Rachel instead of Austin, even though he has been consistent with all his performances. Compared to Rachel he was average & didn't have a distinctive voice. I'm still shocked that both Rachel & Austin where even in the bottom 2. Seriously, Eggnogg & Deniel survive another week, with their mediocre voices, while 2 of the strongest voices in the competition are in the bottom 2 is just criminal. Lets hope both of them are in the bottom two next week!
Cal Posted November 2, 2008 Report Posted November 2, 2008 I watched the results show last night. It was the first time I tuned in to the X Factor this year. I was glad the woman (can't remember her name!) didn't get sent home. Her voice is amazing and the survival song was very very strong. She could win... Hopefully!
Oxidizer Posted November 2, 2008 Report Posted November 2, 2008 I'm glad Austin's gone, I couldn't stand him. And Aston needs to be in porn please.
Cerise Posted November 2, 2008 Report Posted November 2, 2008 Oh yeah, I can say something positive about him - I did like his harmonica... btw, did anyone watch the Xtra Factor? How funny was Eoghan and the hot chocolate?
