Aden+Belle forever Posted October 13, 2008 Report Posted October 13, 2008 CHAPTER 19 – You saved me “BELLE” Aden called out, forcing his way past several trees “BELLE” “Where are you Belle” Aden muttered to himself, as he continued to scan the ground, looking for any signs of movement. He approached the large waterfall and saw something shiny of the ground. He ran over to it and picked it up. He examined the device and realized it was Belle’s phone. “She must be near” Aden thought to himself “I just hope I’m not too late” ----------xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx----------- Belle had heard her name being shouted but was unsure of who’s voice it was. She was terrified in case it was Drew. Belle tried to move but she couldn’t. The pain in her ankle was too great. At that moment, she heard the rustling of the nearby bushes and a dark figure emerge from them “Aden” Belle muttered weakly, hoping and praying it was him “Belle” Aden screamed, racing over to her as fast as he could. He knelt down next to her and hugged her tightly; afraid to let her go “are you okay” “I think I have broken my ankle” Belle said, her eyes filling with tears, but not tears of sadness or pain, they were tears of joy “Can you walk” Aden asked Belle just shook her head before the tears began to flow from her eyes as she started to sob uncontrollably “Hey, what’s wrong” Aden asked, bringing in Belle for another hug “Nothing, I just love you” Belle replied, wiping away the tears “I love you too” Aden replied, kissing Belle on the cheek “come on, lets get out of here” Aden attempted to help Belle to her feet, before another voice distracted their attention “What, leaving so soon, but you make such a lovely couple” Drew muttered sarcastically “You” Aden shouted, as he attempted to lunge at Drew Drew pulled out a gun from behind his back and Aden stopped in his tracks as Drew pointed the weapon straight at him “Not so tough now, are you” Drew asked, a sarcastic smile on his face as Aden sat down beside Belle, almost acting as a shield for her, protecting her from Drew “Drop the gun, Drew” Charlie shouted, running out from behind the trees and pointing her own gun directly at Drew Drew quickly turned around and pointed his gun directly back at Charlie “Drop the weapon” Jack shouted, pulling out his own gun and pointing it at Drew Drew looked in between the two policemen before finally giving up and dropping his weapon to the ground “Get on the floor” Jack demanded, pointing his gun directly at Drew “Charlie, help them” As Charlie raced over to Belle and Aden, Jack slapped the handcuffs on Drew and dragged him back to the police car “Are you okay” Charlie asked, kneeling down to speak to Aden and Belle “I think I have broken my ankle” Belle said Charlie radioed for an ambulance straight away as Aden picked up Belle of the floor and carried her in his arms, bridal style. Belle rested her head against Aden’s chest and smiled warmly, Aden was her knight in shining armour ----------xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx----------- Irene, Annie and Geoff burst through the hospital doors and saw Aden pacing up and down the room. All 3 of them raced over to him at once “Aden, where is Belle, is Belle okay, what has happened” They all asked Aden felt like he was facing 20 questions at once, but was happy that they cared about Belle as much as he did “Belle is in the hospital room now, they’re examining her, but she may have a broken ankle” “Oh, no” Irene said, raising her hands to her mouth “what about Drew” Aden’s fists tightened as the sound of Drew’s name, but he answered Irene’s question anyway “he is in custody at the moment, Jack arrested him” “He should go to prison and never come out again for what he has done” Geoff said angrily, ignoring his own beliefs. He has always tried to turn the other cheek but he just couldn’t not forgive Drew for what he had done ----------xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx----------- Rachel eventually came out of the hospital room, and was instantly mobbed as Aden, Irene, Geoff and Annie crowded around her “Belle is going to be fine. She has a few cuts and bruises, but unfortunately her right ankle is broken,” Dr Armstrong said Aden spoke first “can I, I mean we, see her” “You can but only 1 at a time, she is very tired” Rachel warned “Go on Aden” Irene said, placing a hand of Aden shoulder “Are you sure” Aden asked “I’m 100% sure, Belle is going to want to see you, not this wrinkled old face” Irene said, chuckling lightly A small smile came across Aden’s face “thank you Irene, for everything” Aden then entered the hospital room and saw Belle lying in the hospital bed, sleeping lightly Aden smiled to himself as he pulled up a chair and sat down next to the bed. He held Belle’s hand in his and kissed her on the cheek “I’m so glad your okay, I couldn’t live without you Belle”
