Aden+Belle forever Posted September 13, 2008 Report Posted September 13, 2008 As promised, here is the 4th chapter Chapter 4 – Where are you? It was the day of the dance, and for Aden, the day couldn’t have come fast enough. Since Belle has said yes to the dance, Aden has struggled to contain his excitement, although he was feeling a little scared as well, hoping that he wouldn’t make a fool of himself in front of Belle. He quickly glanced at his wrist watch and realised that the dance didn’t start for another couple of hours He went into his bathroom and had a shave and sorted out his messy hair, before finally finishing up by splashing himself with tons of aftershave He then went to his wardrobe and attempted to find some decent clothes to wear, only one problem, he didn’t have any. “Uh-oh” Aden thought to himself, as he pushed aside several stacks of jeans and shirts in the hope of finding something to wear, but to no avail. About half an hour later, he finally came down the stairs. He was wearing a pair of navy blue jeans, a pair of white trainers and a plain white long sleeved shirt that he had borrowed from Roman. “Wow, look at you” Nicole said, as Aden reached the bottom of the stairs "Are you going somewhere” “I’m going to the dance” Aden replied with a grin “Really” Nicole said, trying not to laugh “Why is it so hard for people to believe me when I say that” Aden asked “Well, what do you expect, with that bad boy reputation of yours” Nicole replied “I suppose so,” Aden muttered, before Nicole interrupted him by standing up and heading up the stairs “Where are you going” Aden asked “I’m coming to the dance, with you of course” Nicole said, smiling back at Aden “I don’t think so” Aden replied “Going to a dance on you own is going to be a little…well…sad, isn’t it” Nicole said “I’m not going on my own,” Aden said, rolling his eyes “Oh really” Nicole said, taking a bigger interest “So who are you going with” “I can’t say” Aden replied “Aden, tell me” Nicole demanded “No” Aden replied “ADEN” Nicole shouted “Fine” Aden said, “Its Belle, okay” “Belle” Nicole repeated with disgust evident in her voice “Yes, Belle, now if you will excuse me, I have a dance to go to” Aden said, as he walked away from Nicole and headed out of the door “Enjoy him while you can Belle, soon Aden will be mine” Nicole said, with a devious smirk on her face --------------xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx---------- Aden had been at the Summer Bay dance for an hour, but there was still no sign of Belle. Every 5 minutes he would look at his wristwatch before sighing “Come on Belle, where are you” Aden muttered to himself, standing up from his seat and pacing around the room. “Awww, what’s the matter Aden, wonder-girl not shown up” Nicole mocked “Get lost Nicole” Aden said, before he stormed away from her and headed out of the Diner “Aden” Nicole shouted after him, but he was already gone. “What the hell is up with him” Nicole muttered to herself --------------xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx---------- Belle was sat on her bed, flicking through a magazine when she heard a knock on her window. Slightly startled, she got off her bed and shut her bedroom door, before picking up the lamp that sat on her night table and bravely opening the window “Aden” Belle said, shocked at seeing Aden “Hey” Aden said, before he noticed the lamp in Belle’s hand “Are you planning on killing me” “What, oh, the lamp” Belle said, feeling a little stupid and humiliated “So can I come in” Aden asked, smiling at Belle “I don’t know Aden, I mean, what if Irene finds out” Belle replied “She wont, I saw her leave the house a few minutes ago” Aden said “Okay then” Belle said, as she helped Aden climb through the small window and into Belle’s bedroom “What are you wearing” Belle asked, with a giggle “I was trying to look good for the dance,” Aden admitted before his tone became more serious, “although if I knew you weren’t going to show up, I wouldn’t have bothered” “What do you mean, didn’t you get my messages” Belle asked “No, the battery on my phone is dead” Aden replied There was a brief silence between the two of them, before Belle finally spoke up “I’m sorry Aden, about missing the dance, its just that Irene has pretty much grounded me, I haven’t been able to leave the house” Belle confessed “Why” Aden asked curiously “Because of you, she says you’re a trouble maker and I should just stay away from you” Belle admitted, almost ashamed “How do you feel” Aden asked, as he moved closer to Belle until they were standing practically face-to-face Belle didn’t even bother speaking; she let her actions do the talking, as she kissed Aden passionately on the lips “Belle I was just” Geoff began, barging into Belle’s room before stopping suddenly and turning back around, racing back down the stairs Aden chased after him and eventually caught up with him, grabbing Geoff by his shirt and pinning him against the wall “Aden, let him go” Belle shouted, which Aden reluctantly did “Geoff, please don’t tell Irene about this” Belle pleaded, looking Geoff directly into the eyes “But Belle, lying is a sin” Geoff replied “Listen bible boy, keep your mouth shut” Aden demanded “Aden” Belle shouted, before turning her attention back to Geoff “okay, you don’t have to lie, just don’t let Irene find out, please Geoff” “Fine” Geoff reluctantly agreed “Thanks Geoff” Belle said, as she lead Aden back up to her bedroom --------------xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx---------- Belle and Aden had been in Belle’s bedroom for what seemed like hours, just talking, holding hands and occasionally kissing. That was until a loud banging noise was made on the door “Belle, open this door right now” Irene demanded “Oh no, that’s Irene” Belle said, with a worried look on her face “What are we going to do” Aden asked “Erm, hide, quickly” Belle suggested, pointing towards her wardrobe As Aden climbed into Belle’s wardrobe, Belle unlocked the door, and was almost knocked down as Irene barged in “Where is he” Irene asked “Where is who” Belle asked, attempting to make herself look as innocent as possible “You know dam well who Belle, Geoff has told me everything” Irene said “Geoff” Belle said, letting out a frustrated groan, before she finally gave in. “Aden, you can come out now” Aden sheepishly opened the wardrobe door and stepped out, standing next to Belle “I’m so disappointed in you Belle” Irene began, before Aden interrupted her “Irene, don’t blame Belle, its my fault” Aden admitted “I don’t want to hear it Aden, just get out of my house” Irene demanded Aden and Belle just looked at each other, before Aden reluctantly headed out of the bedroom, closely followed by Geoff “I cant believe you Belle, I thought I could trust you” Irene said, a tone of disappointment in her voice “If you had let me go to the dance in the first place, this would not have happened” Belle replied, anger growing in her voice “Belle, this is the exact reason I want you to stay away from Aden, he is clearly a trouble maker” Irene said sternly, before she left Belle’s bedroom before Belle even had a chance to respond Belle could only sigh loudly; she was truly caught between a rock and a hard place NEXT CHAPTER – Nicole kisses Aden, will Belle find out?

I like that Annie is a little understanding even if she as well isn't Aden's biggest fan. Looking forward to more of this story.
