I'm sorry that my post came across as rude, but I do think you misunderstood. I'm not talking about the general fans who wants more Edward time, because they don't like Jacob. That's perfectly fine by me. To be honest I'm not the biggest Jacob fan, but I still enjoyed New Moon and I want the film to be close to the book. That's why I don't like people who don't like/care about Twilight who's only watching it because Rob's in it, and then demand more screentime for Rob. That annoys me and that's why I referred to them as losers. Maybe not the best word to use, but done is done. I'm only human and I sometimes get a bit carried away and call people stuff that I shouldn't. I'm a bit like Kristen, you may say

Ti's fair enough. :P I've seen a lot of people get passionate about this subject, lol.

I don't think they'll veer off from the content of the books too much, it's just that not everything is translatable from book to screen.

Don't they have to make the movies as quickly as possible so the aging isn't noticeable in all the Cullen/nomad casting... I thought that was the main motivation for speeding up the production. The longer they leave it the more noticable it is. Speaking of which there are so many great scenes in NM I hope they get right but I think they will so it's ok. Volterra and Bella crashing into Edward + Alice speeding (:P) being at the top of the list.

Screaming was apparently better today than yesterday. :)

A letter from the NEW director of New Moon, Chris Weitz

I love what his brother and himself did with About A Boy, so I suspect that this will be very good!

It was good if him to try and put people's minds at rest. He has probably recieved a lot of negativity about doing NM but it seems like he knows what has to be done to make NM awesome.

I won't be trusting this new director until I see a solid trailer/clip in a few months. I just dont believe taht waffle about him respecting the books, until I see the movie my attitude is unimpressed/indifferent. I've already decided NM Eclipse and BD will be failures so that I wont be dissappointed when I see them. I have my reasons for believeing this.
