meant2live Posted October 25, 2008 Report Posted October 25, 2008 ^^LMAO. I don't think that's as reassuring as it could be. Urgh, a spider crawled through our hall before. A small one. But I still freaked. Now I don't know where it is. Mum said it went downstairs. Meh, I tried lol. And we had a lil spider in our front room and my mum freaked cos it just crawled down her arm onto her plate, she shrieked and pretty much through her dinner across the room. I had to laugh of course, it sounded like she'd just hurt herself, but it was just a lil spider. and considering i'm in england... we have the safe spiders lol It was funny as hell though.

It is 1000000000000000 times worse than those pictures but I calmed myself with the fact that the movie was fiction. That is just... and the noise of the fingers on desk comparison, urgh.

I'm female and I'm not freaking out. I seriously think it's awesome. And tbh, when we had a spider inside the screen of the card machine at work... it was more men that freaked out than women. The women mostly ignored it where you could see the men going wide eyed and a fair few freak out (one being my store manager) I named the spider charlotte.. it's gone now though

Sorry, if I came across sexist. It wasn't my intention. I just read through the first page and a bit and noticed a lot of the female members saying "OMG", "Eww", etc. I was referring to these ladies, not ladies in general
zzazzb Posted November 2, 2008 Report Posted November 2, 2008 most females react that way to a spider, well, at least the ones i know. in grade 5 there was a monster of a spider on my teachers desk, all the girls (including my teacher) and one guy (one of my besties) were all climbing on the chairs to get away from it \though it wasn't quite as big as this one..
