I do like what you've done with the apperciation threads. Since i'm pretty new here i don't really have much experience of what it was like before, but it must have been difficult to control, especially with such a huge membership. It's nice to be able to have discussions without being scared of what someone's reply will be, or of getting your head bitten off. Although i don't see any harm with the ocassional bit of silly, fluffy talk (sometimes it's just needed) it's great to be able to have proper discussions about certain issues too.
