Irene is  so unlikeable this days and has be since aroud 2013!.

I just hate how rude and crude  Irene is.

Lynne Mcgranger is very nice lady and so don’t want to lose her but Irene is just horrible person this days!.

Who agrees?.

Irene used to be one of my faves, but nowI can't stand her "loves, pet, and dolls".

I've said it before and I'll say it again, that Mick/custody storyline ruined a lot of characters for me and Irene is at the top of the list.

I would like to see Irene's family (other than Mick) return and become permanent characters. Isn't Damien a priest? Maybe he could come to Summer Bay and end up being a bigot, never had a story like that before.

The thing that bothers me most with Irene in recent years it's how inconsistently her character is written, one minute she 's written giving good advice and the next minute she is just everything from being childish and rude.

Lynne is a very nice lady and is a professional actress so she just does what she's told but it's shame how badly written Irene's character is.

Poor Lynne as writers just don’t seemed to know how to write Irene as when she first return it look like she likeable again and now they seemed to be turning her into new Colleen Smart.

Why cant they write Irene character good anymore?.
