Technical Issues

For some reason the time on posts, PMs etc. is messed up. I just sent a PM and it said the time is 5.59pm but it's 1.04pm in NZ. Have I clicked on something or is it a forum issue?

Also when I write a post the thread doesn't come up to the top.

EDIT: I just capped my post, this is the time I see, is this the time you guys are seeing on my post?? Apparently it's 2006. :/
