Dan F Posted September 23, 2013 Report Posted September 23, 2013 I changed a setting in order to automatically limit signatures to 5 lines, rather than having to chase people to change them. The reason it rejected yours was because it was is over 5 lines - your current '3 line' signature is actually 5 as you've added a blank line between each one. I'll turn it off again as it obviously doesn't distinguish between blank lines and text. The signature rule is a tricky one and whilst we state 5 lines of text, we then use our discretion due to different font sizes etc. Oh right. Thanks, Dan F. I went to re-edit my signature but it won't work again as it said I must enter my signature up to 0 lines. I tried putting these sentences in my signature together not separate like a paragraph but it won't work. :s Should be fixed Quote

Jezz Posted December 22, 2013 Report Posted December 22, 2013 I've only experienced this just today but I feel like the forum is slower than usual today. Is anyone else experiencing this? It's still working obviously but it doesn't feel as fast as it seems and I notice that the Back to the Bay (nine years old) logo isn't appearing and only a small question mark is appearing instead and there's no dots in-between the 'members' sign and the number of posts a poster has made. Is the admin undergoing maintenance issues at the moment? Quote
Dingo x Posted December 22, 2013 Author Report Posted December 22, 2013 (edited) I found the forum is actually running quite fast. But I'm having the same problem with the BttB logo. Now all I see is a little box saying logo inside it. Edited December 22, 2013 by Dingo x Quote

Dan F Posted December 22, 2013 Report Posted December 22, 2013 There was a software update over the weekend which must have glitched a few things, I've let Chris know. Quote
Jezz Posted December 23, 2013 Report Posted December 23, 2013 Thanks for the quick reply Dan At least it's only very minor glitches and nothing major at the end of the day. Quote
Chris J Posted December 23, 2013 Report Posted December 23, 2013 I've fixed the logo issue - thanks for pointing it out. Not long until we can update it for 10 years! I can see the dots between the Members text and the number of posts though - are they still missing for everyone else? Quote

Guest Posted January 10, 2014 Report Posted January 10, 2014 I've used the BB code but the image link won't save or post and I can't copy or paste anywhere either not sure if it's a forum issue or my computer. Quote
