I logged into my profile again today, for the first time in like 3 years, and I can't seem to be able to see my own profile page. I was able to write something in my About Me section, with the "Edit Profile" feature, but any time I want to save it, the part where it should automatically open my profile page doesn't work. The text in the section itself is somehow saved, only the link to my page won't work for me, I always get error code EX0.

Could you give it another try now that the forum software has been updated? I know there was a few issues with viewing profiles which hadn't been active for some time, which seems to have been fixed, so I'm not sure if that will have also fixed the editing issue.

Hey I am wondering why I am still having problems with posting icons in my artwork thread? Like I mentioned in my previous post. Please help me out. Thank you. :)

If they're being inserted the usual way, by getting the image URL and inputting it via the dialog box at the bottom right of the post window, I can't see why they'd be doing that.

The board did have a software update over the weekend which had a lot of changes for the technology in the post window, so it might be the case that it was a glitch that could have been corrected.

Can you let us know if it happens again next time you post them, possibly before you edit them to re-add them so we can take a look?

Sorry, can I ask, I always post on here using my iPad, which has never been a problem much until this week, when it appears the smilie menu has gone from the tool bar at the top? I don't know if it's a known issue or not as it only started happening to me this Monday just gone, I thought I'd wait and ask.

I hope that's ok and thanks in advance of any help :)

It should be there, I've just checked and it's visible on my iPad.

It could be the case that your iPad still has elements of the forum cached from before the update - usually on a PC it's just a case of doing a hard refresh, as explained for that similar problem I mentioned in the forum update post. But for Safari on iOS I think the only option is clearing the whole cache via Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data.

Though that does have the drawback of also clearing all cookies as well, so you'll have to log back in to all websites.

Ah,okay, thank you Dan! I'll have to do that then.. They're not there now , so no doubt doing that will fix the problem! :)

It seems to be working now, many thanks!

Sorry for bringing another issue, but,I'll be brave.. I used to get a notification , if I was ever lucky enough that someone liked a post or quoted me, now I only get them if I get a PM. This might be something you know about and have switched off on the forum?

I did clear the cache on my iPad, like you suggested with the smilies and that worked brilliantly but this hasn't solved this..

Presuming your Notification settings are set up correctly (to quote the immortal words - "have you tried turning them off and on again?"), I know there is an issue with notifications coming through from the Spoiler forum, so it's possible it also applies to the Australian forum.

It's something Chris is already looking into anyway.
