Emma Posted March 18, 2009 Report Posted March 18, 2009 I eat fruit and vegetable's everyday. Although, sometimes I do have treats. Not as much as I use too though. I have been on a diet before when I was VERY overweight, I lost about 30 kilo's. It wasn't that long ago that I have put a bit more on, at the moment I would like to lose 10-15 kilo's, and then see where it goes and if I feel healthier.
