I just wanted to say that I think Kain O'Keeffe is doing a brilliant job, the portrayal is very convincing. Brendan has a kind heart deep down.

I also must praise Kain and his acting. It must be hard work portraying someone with a disability and a mental age of a young child.

I love Brendan :D

He is so different to all the other characters, and it's really refreshing.

The actor that plays him is amazingly talented, and I'm so glad we are seeing more of him.

I really like Brendan and love the fact that he brings something totally different to the show. It's a shame he's not full time but i guess it would be difficult to keep his chatacter interesting and have enough stroylines that he could be involved with without being too repetitative.

Brendan was amazing tonight on my screens in NZ when he jumped into the water to save Xavier. I hope he comes back very soon. He's my favourite character. :)

I would like to bow to Kain for doing such a great job playing Brendan on Home and Away. Good work, Kain. :P

Sorry if this has already been answered but is Kain O Keefe a disabled actor or an actor playing a disabled child?

Kain O'Keefe is an actor portraying a disabled child (Brendan Austin) The subtitles on tonight's episode in the UK was misspelled his name as Brendon.
