JosieTash Posted June 13, 2009 Report Share Posted June 13, 2009 My UNOFFICIAL title for this ep, “I Made A Promise “ [ Screened in Australia on Fri, 12 Jun 09 – Episode # 4875 ] DINER Jai, Kristy & Miles talk bout Roman’s situation – they tho tat Roman should defend the charges, for Nic’s sake if nothing else. Both Kirsty & Jai aren't tab keen when Miles admits tat Trey has been very supportive etc of Nic in this situation. both hope that trey stays away from the VPH. HUNTER HOUSE Rachel is looking at baby clothes when Tony entrs. Rachel tell Tony tat she meant the whole “jack as middle name” to be a healing gesture – not as a way of replacing jack. Tony comments tat he kinow that he over reacted – and is looking fwd to this baby being a new start for everyone. RACHEL’S Martha arrives and has an uneasy chat with Hugo bout wanting help fix some fences on the farm morrow. He say tat he can’t [dive tour] but say stat he will ask Xavier. Martha then bails. SBH In the corridor, Miles talk t jai bout Trey. Miles isn’t looking for Jai to be trey’s best friend – just to not be so obvious in his dislike, as Miles like the way tat Trey is ”there” for Nic. After Jai walks away, Martin introduces May Stone [a new teacher at the school] to Miles. She then points out to booth Marin & Mile tat she has met Miles – as she is renting a van. Miles comments tat he has a lot on his mind at the moment. NOAH’S Tony speaks to Alf bout great fishing spots around the bay. Tony then tells Angelo were they will be heading on their fishing trip morrow. After Tony & Angelo bail, Hugo commit to Alf that he is intrigued by the while Tony Angelo fishing thing. Alf comments that Tony is just trying to work through his grief etc, but both think that it’s not a good idea to tell Martha bout this. SBH May students are chatting when Mile enters the room. He weeel & truly suggests tat they should be quiet so they can start the lesson. Nic enters – and Miles is surprise to see her. She insists tat she couldn’t just stay at home – as she keeps thinking bout what’s happening. NOAH’S Martha approaches Tony and you can tell that he’s not so keen to talk bout babies when she starts talking bout Rachel’s pregnancy. Martha wonders if Tony can help him morrow with the fences on the farm. With Angelo in t6e background nearby Tony say tat he was plans morrow – to go fishing. Martha tells Tony tat she will ask Geoff etc. she then bails. SBH With jai is the background, Trey talk to Nic. He tire to tell her tat Roman will be ok in prison [given romans past - SAS etc] but she isn’t so sure. Kirsrty enters a classroom ands talk to Miles., she tells him tat she’s jut6s got off the phone – Roman has been officially charges with many offences, incl killing Mark. Kirsty bails from the room, and as she does, Jai is ken to talk to her bout tray & Nic but she she is busy right now. Kirsty continues on walking. DINER Miles is talking to Angelo bout Roman when May approaches. Miles phone rings – and after the call ends, he tells May & Angelo teht he has to go. May looks as though she thinks tat Miles is deliberately avoiding her. Angelo invites May to sit with him – she agrees. RACHEL’S Martha exits the house with a big bag. She tells Hugo who has just arrived that she was her to get more of her clothes. After Hugo wonders bout if she found anyone to help with those fences, talk turns to be bout Tony;s fishing trip – and Martha sooooooooooooo doesn’t like it tat Tony is go fish with Angelo. SBH In the corridor, trey talks to Nic. She feels that nothing is real right now – like she is in a movie etc. trey is ken to hang with Nic, but she just wants to be alone right now. He kisses her on the forehead beefier he walks way. DINER May tell Angelo all bout herself – she a teacher, knows some Japanese and has a tattoo that her mother doesn’t know bout. Angelo then gets her to try and guess what he does – he talk her tat he has a cool company car etc. after a few wrong guesses from May, Angelo tells her tat he is a cop – but [naturally] her asking if he’s shot someone doesn't go down well. They are too met later at the surf club. SBH Nic talk to Miles. She is holding back tears for most of this scene. She tell him that she know that although Trey isn’t fixing all her problems, she know tat he is really trying to help her. Nic is really ken to talk to her dad – but know tat she can’t, and she knows tat he can’t just “fix” thins like dads are supposed to. BEACH NEAR DINER Miles, Jai & Kirsty talk bout Nic & trey – and how Kirsty & jai aren’t so ken on him having Trey at house with her. Miles urges that to be “bigger tanh that”. HUNTER HOUSE Martha confronts Tony bout the fishing trip with Angelo. She wonders how he can just “move past” jack – esp. tomorrow [jack’s birthday?] of all days. Tony tells Martha tat she has to trust that he knows what he is doing. After Martha is gone, Tony looks at a framed pic of him & jack – on jack’ wedding days. WHARF NEAR DINER Miles talks to Kirsty bout Nic – esp. how he told Roman that he would look after her. Miles wonders how you deal with friends being in jail like this – and Kirsty [probably with Kane in mind] says tat although things arenolt6 so great, you just have to continue on. NOAH’S In night time now, and After Tony talk to Alf some more bout fishing spots, he approaches Angelo – who is talking to May. Tomy tells Angelo that ther;ls been a change of plans – they with now be fishing in the morn – so Angelo should think bout bailing now, since they will be heeding off at 4am. After Tony is gone, Angelo comet to May tat he can be her with her a little longer before he bails. HUNTER HOUSE Early next day, Tony is surprised tat Rachel is up and about. She tells him tat he didn’t wake her up. Angelo arrives and when Tony garbs his bag from on the couch, there is a VERY determined look on his face.
