Belle was close to Rachel but I wouldn't have really classed them as good friends as such.

& as for Nicole, she was more there for Aden.

She told Aden about Belle's drug addiction & death after Belle told her to keep quiet about it.

& although she was only looking out for her, she wasn't a true friend to Belle.

Yet, saying that, they did grow closer when Belle was dying.
