I assume it was just a preliminary hearing for the police to read out the charges and the judge to set a date for trial.I presume his lawyer was there to act on his behalf and he didn't need to be present.(Not a legal expert by any means.Just seen a lot of courtroom dramas.)

I was quite gutted when i heard about this. I hope he moves away from the drugs and concentrates on his acting. Todd has such great talent, he should use it wisely.

I was well surprised. In my local evening newspaper for the county of Ireland i live in, there was an article on Todd & the cocaine & quotes from his lawyer and stuff.

Was weird that he'd get such coverage..
