I agree with you, but I still think that when you decide to be an actor / sportsman / etc, you accept the good with the bad. You get paid to do a job that honestly isn't that tough, and you accept that you are a role model and that the media are going to take an interest in you, be it good or bad. And if you don't want to be a role model or in the spotlight, then pick a different career. I do not ever feel sorry for famous people who want to be anonymous etc. You made the choice, you accept the good parts of the job with the bad.

And yes, our children probably should have better heroes, but they will always look up to these people. Always. Thats just the way the world is.

He wants to be famous, wants to go to Hollywood, then he has a responsibility to himself, to fans and to people who look up to him. Its just the way it works. And if he doesn't want that responsibility, then do something different.

First Jodi earlier this year, now Todd. Tut, tut, tut.

Hmm, who else I wonder???<_<

High profile people taking risks (drugs) and then getting caught. Not very smart on their part.

And he has to face the consequences just like everybody else would have. But when a case like this is going public it gets blown out of porportion. And that is not healthy either. Not for the actor himself of course, but not for the public either. Because we just have to learn that people are people no matter what kind of job they have, and just treat them like that. Its not healthy for us if we cannot learn to respect other people, and know whats important in life. I think it is wrong that this f.ex. gets a lot of more attention than if someone who is not famous is comitting murder. There are lot of wrong/bad things going on in the world.

Well look know he's getting his name out in LA before he even gets there! and Hollywood is full of coke heads so they won't blink and eye, it's about getting a work visa that he should be worried about.

He will get off, he will get the best lawyer, his manager and he's an actor ffs! all he has to do is act regretful and agree to do some drug education talks and he's sweet.

I can't believe they've removed "Sad news" feature, plus the Todd on Tour video and even the Naden picture that was on the main site they have replaced it with dolphins instead  (I'm glad they removed it though, can't stand anymore pics of Naden together lol). But that was a little over board.

I really hope they do the last interview with Todd!!! I want to watch it. Please don't scrap that as well :(

Oh Todd... I actually can't believe he was doing cocaine. Am fingers crossing on this one; obviously yes he was caught with it but ... I don't know, I just can't picture him in that scene.

Only became aware of this when someone Facebooked me about it today [thanks Moni!] and wow... -head shake- i don't really know what to say.

But, as I said for the Jodi case & the Lincoln sex case, hopefully he'll learn from it, and it won't tarnish his reputation forever. As people have said, it's one mistake in a lifetime - well, at least, hopefully one mistake in a lifetime! And ithink it's bad of people to bring up the car crash now, with allegations of "ooh he's been caught with cocaine maybe the car crash WAS his fault" etc. Typical like...

If Todd is convicted of cocaine possession he WON'T get into the USA with that

conviction against his name..

Stupidity for 1 night may cause him his whole career, poor poor guy but it

just goes to show it doesnt matter who you are, no one is safe...

But where he was found with Cocaine was actually at the Home and Away

End of Year Christmas Party.. Even more shame for him that he was searched,

arrested and taken away in front of all of his mates, co workers and perhaps

fans.. :(

and the fact is many sports stars, whether it be boxers, wrestlers, footballers,

soccer players etc you name it have been denied entry to the USA for work

and even a holiday.. some for as simple as a Drink Driving Charge or having

their licence disqualified.. most of them have the top notch lawyers managers n whatever

else and they are paid a crap load more than little home and away actors and 99.9999% of the

time they have not got off.... so unfortunately im not liking Todd's chances of getting off on a

Cocaine Possession charge.. : (
