I do love that Charlie doesn't give a stuff now what other people think. It's nice Ruby gave Charlie her blessing, i think thats important to her and it's good they talked about it. But like everyone else i don't think leaving Grant is a good idea. He deserves to be punished and i think it's going come back and haunt her. And i'm intrigued by who it is at the end. i'm also thinking Grant but maybe that's too obvious? Hmm I really like this. Your writing is good and i love the Ruby/Charlie stuff more than anything. Too bad, there was no other witness around at the time. I hope the police will believe Ruby if/when she tells them. Ruby! I hope she'll be okay.
