They're probably changing the name of the show in its second season for that exact reason. They think that the name is either putting people off or people don't understand it.

Some of the idea's floating around are Friends and Family Friends and Neighbors The Cul de Sac Neighborhood Jules Neighborhooding The End of the Street The Neighborhood Honestly, none of those stand out for me.
