^I thought he was brilliant. He has an awesome voice and i love how unique and quirky he is. And i really think he's safe for a while yet. I think it was a pretty poor show from the girl's tonight (bar Rebecca). Cher and Katie both completely murdered their songs. Mary was pretty off tonight but i think she knew that herself. I just want to hug Paije  I liked his performance tonight, it was fun and his vocals were really good.

Matt was simply fantasitc :D Yay for team Minogue tonight!

I think MeganSaturday posted that before the actual show. As much as I hate to admit it Aiden was pretty good last night, although admittedly I am partial to that particular song. I think all of Danni’s acts shone yesterday. Matt is definitely the best singer but I prefer Aiden and Paije because they are both different/unique. Interestingly, before Aiden sang Cheryl said she would like to see him do something different, Louis said he couldn’t change and after Cheryl finally accepted that was his particular style.

Cher was OK and if it had been last week I would have said there were no problems but I think the standard has been a lot higher this week so we’ll see what happens. Although I like it when Cher raps, last week’s performance shows she is a lot better just singing so I think she and Cheryl need to decide whether she is going to continue singing and rapping or just focus on singing.

Mary really messed it up big time this week. Don’t really have much to say about Wagner. I’m more interested in seeing what the judges have to say about him, in particular Danni who you can see is trying to be diplomatic. I’m surprised Simon said he enjoyed the performance although it does seem like Jedward last year when at first he was critical and then he started saying he liked them.

I also liked Rachel, One Direction and thought Treyc was OK.

I think the bottom two will probably come from Wagner, Katie, Mary and Treyc.

I agree with Kirsty; I thought Aiden was on top form last night and I was really pleased for him. He even managed to put some smiles in just to satisfy Cheryl and I thought he portrayed the emotion extremely well and his interpretation was good...it was sort of bittersweet. I adore Matt and his performance was breathtaking don't get me wrong; but I think a part of me prefers Aiden just because he's more unique and individual and his voice has a really beautiful quality to it.

I'm not sure Cheryl picked the right song for Cher; makes me think she got a bit too confident and after the praise last week thought Cher would be able to handle anything. It was a pretty weak performance and show her vocal ability a bit more realistically I think.

Wagner...well there's no point commenting on him really is there. I enjoyed Paije's performance although it had more to do with him and the fun he brings to the stage...vocally the second song was a bit weak and I'm sure he got the lines wrong  Rebecca has a beautiful voice but I think SHE'S the contestant who needs to show a bit more variety. Every week she comes out and delivers but I have to admit I'm a bit bored now; she does the same style of song every week.

Katie I'm starting to feel a bit sorry for...well I was until she stopped singing and just kept ranting in response to the judge's constructive comments about how she's "having the time of her life" about 5 times over and that seems to excuse her performance dipping a bit in the middle. TreyC is similar really; I didn't particularly enjoy her performance (I think the fact it's one of my favourite songs didn't help) and I just think she has an arrogant quality to her; I was so shocked at what she said to the judges I thought it was really rude.

I felt really sorry for Mary; that song was not right for her and Louis should have picked it up. Whose Rachel Slade? Did you mean Rebecca? I was more impressed with Simon this week; he seemed to have his own opinion a bit more and didn't just follow what Cheryl was saying. A much better week than the last :)

Really? To be honest I couldn't really remember what did she say to them?

Sorry yes, my bad I meant Rebecca. I've got to stop doing that and remember to try and get people's name correct.

Well the bottom two today were from the list I mentioned previously. Couldn't really see anyone other than those four. Mary and Wagner's performances were not good and Katie and TreyC have been in the bottom two already so they can't be very popular. It would be interesting to know exactly what the places are for the contestants each week in terms of public voting. They way they did it Mary and Wagner were the last two to be named before the bottom two were left but as Dermot mentions the contestants saved in no particular order for all we know they could have received the highest and second highest number of votes.

I thought TreyC was robbed tonight. Even before the sing off I knew they would save Katie. It's disappointing seeing Simon and Louis showing such double standards. We've seen Simon's reaction to Wagner (who he obviously feels can't sing) every time he's safe for another week. He says that TreyC is the better singer and he turns round and says he will choose the contestant who he feels the public would like to see. What's the difference between someone choosing Wagner not for his talent because they like him and choosing Katie over a better singer because Simon likes her. Again with Louis he says his heart says Katie but his head says TreyC. How would he have felt if someone had did that to Mary? Isn't this supposed to be a talent show. It's hard to tell whether Danni voted for TreyC because she thought she was better or because she didn't want to be the one to send her home. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt as she's the most professional out of the four. It was a bit of a cop out Cheryl refusing to vote but that was Dermot's fault. Why did he ask her second? I thought if a judge has both their acts in the bottom two they decide last.

TBH I think Katie's very lucky to still be in the competition and she knows it. Notice how she went down on her knees after she finished her song and she was crying again as she walked off stage.

On a more positive note I'm really glad Cher went through but she's really going to have to up her game to stand any chance of winning this competition.

Sorry I meant Katie was the one who shocked me last night with her behaviour; arguing with Simon when he said her performance dipped a bit in the middle. But I remember TreyC argued back with Dannii last week and it really surprised me so maybe that's why I confused them both!

You're not the only one whose mentioned Rachel in the show, my family call her it to so I was just checking I hadn't missed a contestant :P

I'm not sad to see TreyC go; as much as she does have a brilliant voice (although her save me song was pretty bad to be honest) I think she really lacks a personality and doesn't generate any reaction whereas Katie; for all her faults does. It's TreyC's second time in the bottom two now so it was obvious she was going to go eventually as will Katie soon. So it didn't really matter in what order it was; neither were/are going to be finalists.

Danni was soooooooooooooooo annoying last night, a massive pain in the backside. I hated the way when Louis was trying to give an honest opinion from his perspective on her acts she kept putting her hand in his face mimicking a chatterbox with such complete and utter disrespect.

Anyway most of the acts failed to impress me. The only ones I liked were Rebecca and Matt again (these two are unstoppable at the moment week after week delivering consistent performances) and of course Cher. It’s funny because every time Cher’s getting into a song then she starts rapping I can’t help but smile but I do think she should take on board Danni’s advice certainly for the competition. If she manages to get to the latter stages she might not be able to get away with rapping.

Wagner’s performance last night made me wonder how he made it this far TBH but like him or not he has quite a following.

I think Katie will probably be in bottom two yet again. It's hard to see who will join her as all the other acts have some level of popularity and I don't think anyone left has been in that position yet.

I thought it was quite rude the way Dannii behaved towards Louis last night, I also thought at one point Cheryl was going to jump the desk and hit Louis. There was major tension between all judges last night and then on Xtra Factor Cheryl looked delighted when Dannii asked Simon to name all the members of One Direction and he couldnt.

I felt sorry for Paige last night, it seems obvious by the comments and the fact that he opened the show that Simon wants him out as the person who finishes 9th tonight wont make the tour and Paige just doesnt seem to make enough headlines or controversy for Simon. He lapped praise on Katie, who quite frankly didnt deserve it but because she creates headlines he loves her. I honestly think that Dannii is the only judge who can be taken seriously and speaks her true mind.

Louis is an idiot and deserved all he got last night. :P He's rude to Dannii, Cheryl pretty much every week so it's only fair Dannii got her own back :D Slade it's a bit far to say she was being disrespectful. It was more amusing than anything and at the end of the day that's the whole point of the show.
