I've always liked Sally and I'm all for her being bratty to Brian, he's an evil moron for taking someone elses life.

Does Dodge go to prison in the end?

I think it'd be more fitting for him to be underneath it rather than locked in a cell.

Frankly, the entire storyline seems to involve the entire Fletcher family except Sally being stupid beyond belief.Sally's the only person who seems to have noticed what an evil creep Dodge is.Pippa, who's been fairly intelligent up to now, just seems to believe everything he says. And Steven actually agrees to give the guy a false alibi for an arson attack and not once stops and wonders if he's done it before.I just can't understand why everyone in the bay apart from Sally and maybe Ailsa seems to have just forgotten everything he did when he first turned up(stealing Bobby's purse, breaking into Philip's car, robbing Lance, breaking into the store, etc.).

To be fair, you can't say he intentionally killed someone, he merely wanted to burn the shop down.

True. So he would be guilty of constructive manslaughter. Killing someone, without intent, while committing an unlawful act.

SPOILERS!

How does Sally notice what an "evil creep" Dodge seems to be, while the rest of the Fletcher family seem totally oblivious?? Sorry but that doesn't make sense, or am I missing something here?? :scratches head: :unsure:

"Underneath" the prison instead of locked in a cell?? Come on, that is a bit harsh isn't it? Phillip deserved it I mean look at the silly crap that was going on between him and Stacey, almost made me want to pour petrol all over the pair of them myself!

Yes, unfortunately, Dodge does go to prison. He goes away for 6 years (and comes back in 1995 much more bitter than before, especially at his so-called BEST MATE STEVO. God knows if he got his hands on Adam Big Mouth "you never, ever, ever, ever, EVER dob in a mate, not ever" Cameron), but we don't get coverage of the trial, only the detectives that viciously verballed him straight into a conviction in Episode 374.

I just don't see how anyone could care for Dodge. Yes, he didn't intentionally kill Phil, but he did deliberately set the fire, for no reason whatsoever.

As for Bobby, good on her for telling off Bedford, although I don't see why she would care about Morag. Morag was so ungrateful to her for helping her, bitch. I don't know why Ailsa would go and give her comfort after what happened.

Ah. Well I look forward to seeing how it all unfolds.

Petrol over Stacey and Phillip? That's just wrong even if they are fictional charatcers. I think they may have left the Bay, with Stacey being a high flying business woman and all, if Phil hadn't died.

He lit the fire because ol' Bennett set him up. Remember the rat trap she put on the shelves, and how Bob Barnett burst in and arrested him? (291).

Didn't Dodge say "ol' bag......she was asking for it anyway"? That must have been what he was referring to?

Couldn't Stacey have become a high flying businesswoman WITHOUT Phillip to hold her hand along the way?

Anyway, he deserved a second chance. He and Stevie were real good mates......

until that stupid night when he got drunk and spilt all the beans to Adam Cameron.....

If it wasn't for that stupid night in Episode 372

, it would have all been forgotten.

Anyway I'll talk more about this when these episodes roll around. Too many spoilers right now.

Now regarding Bobby, what did Bedford do really wrong? Bobby was being a little too touchy — she could have just ignored it and showed a few manners. Instead — Bobby's little performance is gonna cost Tom a quarter of a million bucks! and he and Alf are already doing it tough!

He started it though. He nicked off from the diner without paying, and was aiming to do the same to Celia.

Bedford was stuck-up, conceited and arrogant. He was disparaging working-class people, so it serves him right. So what about Tom? Why suck up to someone like that?

What do you think about Morag-Bobby?
