I never said little Sally had a reason to like Dodge or vice versa. What I am saying is she keeps antagonising him for little to no reason at all!

Dodge may not like the little angel but he doesn't really go out of his way to really hurt her, before his patience run out from weeks of constant provocation

in particular, ripping up his favourite shirt

I have to say, I really haven't seen any antagonism so far, just her not liking him and not wanting anything to do with him.(I've only seen up to 315.)Maybe it gets worse later on like you suggested, be interesting to see what, if anything, prompts it when we get there.I did read your comment on Sally's "ugly face" during Dodge's photo, then when I saw it I didn't think she was pulling a face at all really, she just wasn't smiling.

I do agree with you about Bobby though:At the risk of upsetting Bobby fans, the last few months have just demonstrated she wasn't really mature enough to get married, as Tom and Pippa feared at the start.Either that or it's the effect of having Pippa and Ailsa as role models, both of whom also seem to whine at their husbands for providing for the family on occasions.I found it odd when Bobby told Dodge about getting good marks in the HSC and he asked why she was still in Summer Bay and instead of pointing out she's running her own business at eighteen she said "I got married."Some interesting gender politics there...

I have noticed that there are two sides to Steven on the show - the one where he helps out his siblings, others in the community and has a good head on his shoulders whereas the other has been corrupted by Dodge. I'm not fond of Steven when he hangs around Dodge for however long it may be, I'd rather that he spend time with other characters.

I like the two sides of the argument when it comes to Bobby and Frank about the dinner party. It's interesting to see how other characters get their point of view across. I like Bobby and Frank together but I think that they did rush the wedding and that they should have stayed engaged longer. They are both as stubborn as each other and that makes it half the fun to see who will back down first... if at all.

I am happy that they've utilised Stacey a little more in the show. Her expertise and skills can really be explored on the show and I really like Stacey as a character. There's much more to her than meets the eye and she has mellowed since she first arrived to the Bay.

In today's episode Stacey is by the beach feeling sorry for herself again, with Stevo holding her hand again......

Bobby and Frank are just not meant for each other. Bobby should have capitalised on her excellent HSC results and gone to university. What a waste of an opportunity, and to be stuck in an unhappy marriage too.

I agree with you about Bobby and Frank.I never thought they were a great couple.I only ever tolerated them because I liked Bobby. They were too young to have gotten married.Bobby wasn't mature enough.

Bobby clearly has regrets about not going to university now.

The whole Bobby/Frank marraige was more a great build-up and backdrop to the storyline of Bobby's parentage. Now that's finally more or less over, they aren't actually suited as a couple.

I watched it yesterday and Frank was such a well I can't say the word. Bobby gave up going to uni for him and he turns around and calls her selfish. I think Frank was the one being selfish making out his career was more important than her.

I think you can say it, only it would be replaced by asterisks.

Did anyone else find Marilyn and Morag really funny in today's episode? Alf's flaming laughter at the beginning of the episode, and he bursts into flames in the Diner over ol' Vera and the youth centre.

Yeah. Frank basically had the outlook that Bobby should live by his rules and to forget about University. That's the way he comes across to me.

I bet Bobby wishes she'd gone afterall when Frank leaves her for Roo.

Now, regarding this Dodge/Sally business.

In today's Episode (323) the little girl told Vera at her "counselling service" that she doesn't like someone and can't explain what or why (it was obvious she was referring to Dodge and that she was being mean to him for no reason, denying the candy incident at the bus stop and the few other times Dodge was supposedly mean to her).

So there you go. There is an unanswered question as to how little Sally came to the conclusion that she doesn't like Dodge cos he's "creepy", whatever that means. She claims she "just knows" why she doesn't like Dodge, but can't say what it is, which doesn't make a whole lot of sense. There doesn't seem to be a reluctance not to tell Vera (instead she is hiding it from "Pippa").

Do you know what I am getting at now? Why I don't like this little angel? I'm not saying this just to "troll" or to "make a point" like some seem to think when I ask questions about Alf not hitting someone just because of their gender.

Do you get what I am trying to say??
