Well as you can see, it goes both ways — if Dodge is mocking it to make it feel small, it's probably because she IS small. She's not a big grown woman y'know! She is such a weak little wuss, hiding behind "Pippa" like a scared little rabbit. You said so yourself, "I agree Sally can be annoying, often quite annoying" so how is this different to Dodge mocking her and being condescending towards her, hm?

Now in today's episode, "Pippa" claims "female intuition" (yeah like because you're a female, you have this magical power that males lack??) as being the reason why she too "knows" there is a problem with Dodge she doesn't seem as willing as Tom to try to solve.

I may be wrong about the magical powers, so try explaining this "female intuition" thing if it is not a sexist claim of superiority of women over men. (I am being serious)

EDIT: On a brighter note, I notice an extra scene in this episode that wasn't shown in the previous broadcast run in 2001. The scene of Dodge and Viv at Lance's house, before Steven finding the dumped stolen car in the bush, was shown in today's version on 7TWO where straight after the ads (in the previous analog 2001 broadcast of this episode) we went straight to Stevo finding the stolen car dumped in the bush.

All I will say is...

It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.

Yeah but look at the consequences of the life and death situations, they're provoking character development for the likes of Celia and Marilyn, not just for the sake of a ratings grab.

Its been interesting to re-watch Maz's integration, really enjoying it. Some really nice scenes between Fisher/Celia and Morag and Celia too. Also, Bobby and Fisher's chat outside his place.

Now, regarding my comments about how they imply women have greater thinking abilities than men, what do you make of the Home And Away clip I have put on YouTube at

YOU be the judge — tell me honestly how YOU think this makes sense

Oh no, back on this old broken record again are we? No thanks. You didn't listen last time I explained it to you.

Alexx what were the scenes between Celia and Morag? I haven't caught up with recent episodes yet but I'm curious to know.
