I laughed when I watched it back Sally falling into that water, Kate Ritchie looked really funny pulling that angry face and then literally falling in face underwater and everything. I'm surprised they let her do it, she could have injured herself or got washed out to sea though I'm sure it appeared more dangerous than it was.

Lance and Martin are so funny I could watch an entire episode devoted to there daft shenanigans.

Now, regarding the Dodge and Sally situation where he saved her from being washed away on the rocks.

In Dodge's character profile on this website, in regards to this part of the storyline, it says:

Dodge increased his bullying of Sally even going so far as to leave her drowning before eventually rescuing her and acting the hero. He then came clean about the car that Steven took the rap for and told Tom and Pippa he really wanted to change and they believed him.

I'm sorry to sound pedantic about this, but I am going by what I see on-screen, in yesterday's and today's episodes.

What I saw on-screen was Sally picking on Dodge again, complaining about how everyone was happy until he came along and going over old ground again, then she is washed off the rocks. In today's episode, you saw him rescue her and save her life, but was it just an act to "look like a hero"? Would it have been better if Sally wasn't saved from drowning? And even now, she is persistently ungrateful despite "Pippa" trying to straighten her out!

I absolutely LOVED that outburst Sally had at Viv. She totally deservd it.

I can't believe how Tom and Pippa seem totally obliviouv to the fact that it was Dodge driving the car. Even Sally can tell!

On that thought Edward Skylover, maybe I can accept that the whole idea of Tom & "Pippa" being oblivious to Dodge's true character was somehow a deliberate scriptwriter's goof (if not stretched too far) to keep Dodge on the show until the script no longer required him.

Didn't they catch up with her in 2008 for the 20th anniversary. I think she was working on a boat.

The character or the actor?

The actor.
