Aw that was beautiful! I love how Xavier held Ruby's hand just when he knew she needed it, and I'm sure that Ruby being there was a slight comfort to Angelo, poor thing he seemed so distressed. Hopefully when they see Charlie they'll realise she's ok. Roman like seriously, I'm sure the last thing Charlie would want is to be crowed with people, especially the worry of having Angelo and Roman in the same room. Charlie will be such a good mum, always putting Ruby before herself, more concerned about how Ruby is rather than concentrating on her own pain. Update soon!

Great update.

I loved the stuff with Gina and John trying to get Xavier out of his trance. Especially John throwing the can of soda over him then slapping him! Not sure if he should have told Gina but I guess he would feel he needed to talk to someone, it was just big news he had heard. But then Colleen heard. Oh no. That cant be good. Loved the stuff in the hospital with Charlie, Ruby and Angelo. Just lovely stuff said.

Whoops, can't believe I missed this!! Better late than never I suppose. I guess Gina will understand better now why Ruby has been off school loads, but I hope she doesn't think Charlie is some sort of tramp and dear knows what Colleen will think cos everyone will hear her opinion! I wonder if they'll catch her in time? I wonder if Charlie and Ruby would want Gina knowing, I mean they never really discussed about telling people, I guess we'll find out! Maybe if Colleen does tell people it would be easier than Charlie or Ruby having to say it?

Trust Charlie to think of Ruby's chat with Xavier when she's lying in hospital with a blood clot, she's such a good mother I love how Angelo and Ruby are there with her, you wrote the hospital scene beautifully. Lovely chapter as usual!
