I love, love, love Roman being in it, and being so protective. She didn’t want to hide it at all which is why she knew that she had to tell him. I like that, how Roo doesn't want to hide it from him. That's quite sweet. Roman was not the type to listen first, he was always in with the fists before considering just how much it would affect his family. I know I say this a lot, but again, it's one of those lines that is so well written. ‘Well, basically that Angelo was drunk, and hit her’ Roman said but as soon as he did, he knew that was not the truth, Roo’s face changed and he knew that he was right, something else had happened. I love how strong the connection must be for Roman to be able to tell from her face that he doesn't know the truth. ‘He…’ ‘Don’t say it’ Roman added a few moments later when he knew that Roo was struggling to get the words. ‘I know what you are saying’ So dramatic and fabulous! I love Roman's "Don't say it", because it's such an easy quote to actually hear somebody say in this sort of situation. ‘He dotes on them all’ Roo said but she agreed with Roman, it didn’t make sense to her either; they loved each other, why would he do it? That just sums it all up. Angelo does dote on them all, which is why it's so difficult to understand. It's one thing to know that he's sorry and regrets it, but it's still sad to try and fugure out how and why he could do that. I think that's one of the reasons I'm so unsure of where I want Nic and Angelo to end up, relationship wise. That final line is also beautiful. I adore the way you called Nic his baby girl.
