 “No” Jacob said as he leaned into Charlie, the tears streaming down his face.

“Have I scared him?” Brax asked.

“Seems so”

 “Yeah, we were” Charlie said “But we also were just one big lie. You’re not the person I believed you were”

 “I’m not your babe” Charlie said, somewhat angrily.

 “You still love me” Brax smiled.

“Well done” Charlie said “But it doesn’t mean anything. We can’t be together. I moved on and I really like Ryan and you’ve just came back and ruined everything. I was finally starting to get you out of my head but now it’s never going to be possible because you’re always going to be around”

“Well I’m sorry I got out of jail” Brax said.

 “Well you got all defensive sounding” Brax said “If you had you probably wouldn’t have. So it’s not too serious yet. And you don’t like him as much as you liked me as we were having sex by our fourth date. Technically, we had sex before we were even dating” Brax grinned.

“Yeah and look at what you turned out to be” Charlie yelled “I just want to make sure that I know the guy before we get to serious too fast, because the last thing I need is more hurt and I need to be careful for Jacob’s sake as well”

 “You can keep telling yourself that Charlie, but when I look into your eyes...”

Woah, Charlie took Ruby and Xavier's engagement surprisingly well. Not what i expected. And now Xavier's moving in? That should be interesting.

Ah, that was very cute. Brax asking if they had sex was pretty forward of him, but we all know Brax. Jacob was so sweet, he is supporting his mother by asking for a little hug in the end there. I think Charlie shouldn't fight her feelings for Brax, but I am pretty sure she will get there... eventually! I can't wait to read more, thank you Danni!
