Why is it his fault that Carly saw something different in him when compared to the other guys she dated and actually fell for him immediately? Why is it a problem that Carly, who is 19 - is in love and engaged to a young guy (not a old man) of what... 27/28? That isn't a significant age gap at all Imo, plus I don't think age has anything to do with this sort of thing in life. In H&A Fisher and Maz ended up married - did you think that was disgraceful too? He is tall? - One of the reason's you hate and are disgusted in him is because he is tall? This all sounds like you are envious of the man, jealous even. I'm not even sure to take your comments as tongue in cheek, you seem quite genuinely angered by him. In regards to the kissing and 'crawling all over her' - they were both kissing each other and being playful/flirting with each other - i.e showing affection - not having sex all over the room. I'd probably see where the dislike came from if they were always 'at it', especially while the family are down stairs, but they seem so innocent together, I don't see the problem. Especially when you compare it to the likes of Charlie and Brax in the current show!! Ben did make moves on Carly, and "asked" her to marry him, and bringing her flowers. It's not like it's all Carly putting her lips around him and Ben is completely innocent in this. You don't "flirt" or "be playful" with just anyone, or even your "friends"? What is the difference between "affection" and "sex"? How is "affection" different to foreplay? Isn't it like getting all happy, playful and excited prior to/leading up to intercourse, even though you're not allowed to have intercourse??! & because of your father and grandfather (not because of the Catholic rule about sex before marriage?)? I'm baffled! I really don't know what you are trying to say because you seem so full of contradictions and you also seem not to be understanding my post. Most people who flirt and be playful with each other do it without thinking because they are attracted to each other emotionally, romantically... whatever, the point is they are an engaged couple - of course they are showing affection for each other. As for you equating affection for foreplay.... you obviously haven't been in a decent relationship with someone where you genuinely love them and like spending time with them. It doesn't mean you want to have sex with them there and then just because you are hugging, kissing or tickling someone. I'm beginning to think the jokes on me here with your responses?! I was simply saying that there are people out there who view sex before marriage inappropriate and it doesn't have anything to do with religion - I used my family history as an example. I have to admit there are characters I never warmed to despite them being perfectly adequate characters. Rebecca Fisher/Nash when she became a main character. I think the reason I didn't like her at first is that I was hoping she'd fill the gap (which was still very big for me at that time) left by Bobby, but she was nothing like her. She was also too far removed from the previous glimpses of Rebecca that we had seen. But it was right that they brought her into the show none the less. I just never "got" her. Sadly I can't comment on the latest episodes right now because I'm waiting for them to be put on youtube

They are both sort of similar. Viv greatly annoyed me last night, barking at everyone. She's worried about her sister but there's no need to be so rude. Especially to Donald. She really has no respect for someone who's taken her in.
