I watched the entire weeks episodes in one sitting yesterday, very good week IMO!

I really enjoyed the Grant/Paul storylines, mainly because I think Grant has just about become my favourite character in the show, he is just fantastic. I'm enjoying Paul and his mother, interesting family and back story.

Adam just continues to be an idiot! How funny was Matt when he came from the kitchen to give Marilyn her soup and he has the hankie around his face not wanting to catch the chicken pox!! Hilarious!

Steven is awesome, just a really strong character and I love it how he always stands up for his beliefs.

I'm starting to quite like Ben now. Carly is a very complex character, I am continuously frustrated by her, but I am liking her more these days, and I think she is definitely suited to Ben.

And then of course the Bobby/Alf campaign thing, not my favourite storyline, but it was an improvement this week.

Really enjoyable week!!

I agree - great week of episodes, really enjoyed them for similar reasons you listed GameTime! Enjoying the Beach House dynamic, I've laughed out loud a few times. Also, despite Tom's absence I'm also enjoying watching The Fletchers adjust to their new life. I think its great and realistic to see Stevo and Carly get irritated with Sally here and there and same back to them from her. Paul and his family have been really engaging!

I kind of miss their antics and what they brought to the show, but as characters I do feel they came to the end of their shelf life.

Glad to hear that someone else (besides me) misses them....they were (and still are) my favourite characters and I liked their 'village idiocy'....call me corny but I really think that Summer Bay needs some light-hearted characters and a bit more comic relief.....it's excessively dramatic now and difficult to watch....

I believe (to some degree) that Vinnie was a bit 'Martin Dibblish' and I think that's why I liked his character and was sad to see him go....

Unfortunately I've now got to wait ten years to catch up with Marty & Lance again :(

I don't miss them whatsoever. I never liked Martin.

Any particular reason Natasha??? Any particular incident that turned you off Martin?? Or his personality in general??? What was your opinion on Lance??

I do miss Lance sometimes and his friendship with Sally.

I do miss his antics with Martin but Martin can be very selfish and manipulating when he wants to be. He's treat Lance badly and Lance forgives him each time.
