Agreed....it's the nostalgia that I love about it, I was in my late teens back in '90 and I swear that I saw many of the episodes that have been screened recently back then.... And Natasha, I know your opinion of Martin but he (and Lance) were the reason I watched the show back then and have rekindled my love for it now.... If 7Two don't bring it (or S&D) back, they'll be hearing from me!!!

alexx Posted December 19, 2011 Report Posted December 19, 2011 Oh I don't like the sound of this. I'm not going to think about it but it is exactly what I was afraid of happening. Hopefully they won't do what they did last time and take it off now we've reached the 1990 season. What with it being a new year they could be seeing it as a chance to re-schedule the whole channel and not resume after the tennis. I hope not.

But would the show's return be scheduled for 16th January if they weren't planning on bringing it back. If it doesn't return, I think we should try and make a mass petition or do something to keep them screening it. If there really are contract reasons not to screen 1990 after a certain episode I hope they skip to the episodes where there are no longer contract issues i.e. 1996.

They'd be skipping all the best bits!!! 1996 is when Home And Away starts deteriorating for good!! By the way, how reliable is this source that says the tennis will push Home And Away: The Early Years off 7TWO until January 16 at least???

Though where does it say that it will return january 16th? Old H&A Fan, lol, love how the 'threat level' in your signature has been updated accordingly, to 'moderate'.
