Neighbours casts new female regular Vanessa

A new addition to the cast of Neighbours looked very familiar and I suddenly remembered she was a love interest of Angelo's (the person not the bar) in 2009, I think her name was Mai? I can't remember the quality of her acting skills, but I always thought she was going to stick around longer than she did.

You're right, her name was May, she came around the bay in 2009 and was Angelo's short-time love interest, but at that time who he really wanted was Charlie. May broke up with him after she saw him and Charlie kissing. She' quite a good actress, I sort of enjoyed watching her, only sort of because at that time I kinda loved Angelo/Charlie, but as far as I remember, she is really nice to watch.

I liked her in the second season of East West 101.

Sounds like she could be an interesting character.

I don't watch Neighbours, but I remember the character of May. I really liked her character. She was bubbly and likeable.

I hope Alin Sumarwata who played her does well in Neighbours.
