I think one of the reasons they've been bringing it back later and later is coz of the Austalian open when it runs late some nights and people get annoyed

I have read that it returns on the 21st January in Australia. It is the same date which it returns here in NZ meaning we will only be 1 week behind Australia as we were up to the final week of 2012 before the xmas break.

That'll put us four weeks behind in the UK if it's the 21st.I really hope it's going to be later but if it's returning in New Zealand that week then I doubt it.The gap gets longer every year.

I'm expecting it to return to on either Jan 21 or Jan 28.

I don't like the fact that it starts later in January now, as opposed to some years where it would have started tonight or next Monday at the latest.

HOME AND AWAY IS BACK IN NEW ZEALAND ON THE 21ST OF JANUARY-airing Episode 5656!!! Yay!!! Just found out on the Home and Away offical on TV3.com because we are catching up with last year's episodes (Sunday 20th January H&A Ominbus) So it would meant NZ will be a week behind Australia. Cool, eh? :P

Two more weeks to go! Hehe

The UK sees the season finale on the 13th, 14th and 15th February, so the return will be the 18th, putting us exactly four weeks behind.

Should only need a three-week summer break max, then.

Yeah but try telling Channel 5 that one.We only needed a three-week break max last year as well and look what we got.(Well, five weeks of classic episodes, which is a decent trade-off actually, but we really didn't need, well, any Christmas break and certainly not three weeks.)
