Thanks for that info, wow, that long! It really was an icon of Home and Away then.

Along with the burger phone. I would have thought hard to get phones like that anymore.

The burger phone is readily available online, there was a huge resurgence in popularity after the film Juno came out.

noticed today when sarah put a song on the juke box, the singles on there were actually on old vinyls! blast from the past.

anyone know how long that jukebox was in use and when it was last seen on home and away?

That's not the first time. In ep 1422, after the first commercial break before some dialogue with Sarah and Angel, we saw a shot of the record being changed not unlike the intro to Happy Days!^_^

It seemingly perished in the fire in early 2010 and was never replaced.

The burger phone went the same way until it returned last year.

The loss of the jukebox made less sense than the burger phone. Whereas the burger phone (Did it survive the change from the Den to the second Pier Diner?) is a little kitsch and less in keeping with the Diner's new fine dining look, the jukebox was the kind of retro piece that would've fitted really well in the third/fourth Pier Diner - although the lights hadn't worked properly since a few years into the Beachside Diner era.

I think it's 'Forget My Love' by Alex Jacke (and some other artists) :)

What's the name of the song that climaxes at the end of the scene at the start of this video after Justine says "I came to see you" with a drum and electric guitar climax:

It was used quite a lot for dramatic scene endings/cliffhangers around this period I think.

Going back a bit but does anyone know song/artist that's used when Carly is trying to impress Stacey with a dance routine involving Lance Martin and Maz. When Stacey basically tells her to get lost. It starts "it's just a matter of time, until I make you mine."
