Was shocked that Packed to the Rafters got no awards.Too much amazing competion.

Congratulations to Steve Peacocke. A very well deserved Silver Logie award

Pity, he missed out on winning the Gold Logie, but Asher Keddie was definitely a worthy winner of the award in the end. Maybe Steve will win it in 2014?

Bah ha ha. Made me laugh. Only a little though?? lol.

I am super glad Steve didn't get gold and that Asher did. Was going for her all the way, someone with talent and someone who is believeable in every scene she does.

Even though I hate Heath I reckon Dan is a better actor then Steve, and he should be up there for awards as well. But well done, at least h&a got something. Although annoying didn't see the table much. Happy that House Husbands got drama too, actually would have been happy if any of the shows in that category got drama as I watch them all.

I am also annoyed that Joel Madden got best new talent. I know he's new to Australian TV but he's not new at all, he even said so in his speech! And he's not Australian. I reckon Will should have got that, am starting to warm to Jett more now then I did in the beginning.

Something needs to be done to the conditions of the awards.... so that mistake shouldn't happen again otherwise as someone already pointed out we'll see Ricky Martin in the best new male category next year.

I don't understand why Steve is so popular, when Dan Ewing seem to get little attention (comparing to steve).... Dan Ewing adds so much more to his character, than Steve Peacoke adds to his. There are far better actors even on H&A than Steve Peacoke.

There are better actors but Steve has charisma in him (hope that makes sense) that makes him more popular, I guess

It just goes to show how subjective this topic is because I couldn't disagree more. I think that Dan Ewing does a good job portraying Heath and I find him believable most of the time but he does not come close to the acting ability of Steve Peacocke for me. I think Steve's portrayal of Brax is so complete down to the finer details. I also rate Lincoln's acting well ahead of Dan Ewing's and I find he is very natural as Casey.

I think Steve has an edge and I don't doubt that he will find success beyond the show.

Dan's petulant sulking on Twitter since the Logie nominations were announced has also reinforced to me that Dan is not even close to being in the same league as Steve Peacocke on or off the screen.

This award could not have gone to a more humble and worthwhile recipient in my opinion!

I think Dan is better, I think Linc is also better but I wouldn't say Steve is rubbish, they are all really good imo. However this award was about "Most popular" which Steve clearly is.

I have seen a lot of Steve fans slate Dan about his behaviour on Twitter. To me it seems that he isn't really a fan of the Logies in general. Which is fine. Surely he is allowed that opinion? He also seems quite sensitive maybe, he knows while they are on the show together Steve will be on top ahead of Dan so when people saying they hope he wins that is him just being honest when he says he doubts it? Also getting on at him because he didn't congratulate Steve on twitter. Surely that would have been done in person seeing as Steve doesn't even have twitter.

But why is he the most popular? That was my question. Because I am so naive so I thought that people liked the most believable actor, even the younger fans, especially when they both are good looking....

Dan Ewing has the right to be a bit tired of everything, when he's always in Steve's and also Lincoln's shadow, despite doing the best effort of portraying his character.

I have no idea why, I mean I think Dan is better looking and better at acting lol but it's a matter of taste I guess. I think a lot of people like "chax" and also because he is the main Braxton if you like, leader, is pretty much centre to a lot of stories? I thought Lisa and Dan were fantastic with the Rocco stuff and it was a shame neither were nominated.

I think you're right Dan was pretty much in the shadows when they came into the show. And although he has came on loads and has gained a lot of support (he has a lot of twitter followers) he will always be second to Steve. I don't think Dan's opinions on the Logies has anything to do with Steve, I think Dan is putting himself down rather than anyone else.

How serious are the Logies taken? I seen a lot of jokey/negative tweets but not sure what feedback was like elsewhere
