I was horrified when Ray mentioned that Lucy has claimed that the last 3 logies are all thanks to her during his sunrise interview on monday. 

"she has taken credit for the lot" 

This frightens me as people may see her as doing the right things, but at the show's cost. There needs to be a change in power ungently as we are still in this movement of sensationalism of guns and crimes despite the departure of our all male family. Check our Ray's interview below, the mention of the award and Lucy occurs at approx. 3 mins.

Interesting how in 10 of the last 13 years the Best Drama Program award has gone to Network 7 shows...

Well she is doing something right, the show has declined in the ratings but that's everywhere, a lot of people still watch the show, it's #1 watched show online in Australia, we have different ways of watching it and just because you don't like the show, and long term fans have switched off doesn't mean the show hasn't brought in a lot of new viewers. I love how the show was before and I'm huge fan of respecting the past but at the same time, the show needs to remain current to keep people watching, I still watch it, I don't enjoy it as much as I use to but I still watch it. You don't have to.

Not surprising at all really. Alf could catch a fish or Marilyn could chip a nail and TV Week would still put that on the cover. It's amazing how many covers they actually get.

I know H&A is no longer based on fostering but I really enjoy how the has show has turned into a dramatic and hooking show. This makes you want to tune in to the next episode even more!.

I'm at the point where at the moment I'm finding it very hard to like or connect with most of the younger female characters.  So basically anyone excluding Leah, Irene and Roo.

Kat - Absolutely f***ing stupid.  Getting back with a guy (who is highly manipulative and a borderline sociopath) who used to hit her who's showed no real signs of changing just because she wants to get in the sack with him.  She's been incredibly dumb and if he does go back to hitting her she'll only have herself to blame.

Hannah - The town bike, whose sole purpose at one point was for guys to get their leg over.  But never fear once she's had her reconstructive surgery and she grows tired of Chris she can go back to sh**ging anything with a pulse again.

Billie - The former psycho, who's had a complete personality transplant so much so that the character comes across as completely disingenuous.  Almost angelic.  I can only assume that her treatment included some form of aversion therapy clockwork orange style.

Phoebe - The self righteous moron.  Sick to death of her at the moment and truly despise her.  Always thinks she's in the right and delivers speeches to people whilst frequently taking the moral highground.  I'm glad she and Ash have broken up as he deserves better.  She was such an emotional drain on him.  Hopefully they will stay apart but I wouldn't count on it.

Skye - Don't actively dislike her but don't find anything remotely interesting about her either.  And it doesn't help with that dull, monotone voice.  Didn't particularly like the story with her mum and because the character is very often devoid of emotion just don't feel it with her.

Maddy - For the first time don't actively dislike her but like Skye don't find her interesting (unlike before when she was a bitch and I could appreciate the level of entertainment her character was providing).  Again not sure there's not enough in the character for me to like her.

So really it's only Evelyn, Olivia and Ricky who I actually like out of the girls.

In contrast to the younger males Chris is the only one I actively dislike in fact I dislike him more than some of the female characters mentioned above.  Kyle when he's been misbehaving but he has been OK as of late.  Matt is occasionally annoying but not enough to make me dislike him.
