earlyyearsfan did you mean Sonia as in sonia todd

who later plays Gina?

I mean eva matuik, playing tug/jacks love interest at present.  Not really a fan.

I was surprised that all the adults seemed to condone selina's assault and resulting black eye of Jack.  She really should be up on assault charges with the police, as others have said, certainly would have been if the genders were reversed, double standards.  Even Michael has condoned it, basically telling Jack to man up and take whats coming to him as it is "his fault".  Especially coming from a background of domestic violence at the hands of his step father, it would have been pretty upsetting for Jack.  but I guess that's another sign of the times, things sometimes change for the better and one of those changes being a lot lower tolerance to physical violence with it being prominent in the news and media (white ribbon day etc)

Irene can be a bit hypocritical, I bet if it was her son who was hit, she would have gone in all guns blazing to defend and protect him.  Like with the cheating thing, prior to the identity being revealed she was saying jail would have been a good option for the cheater, then when it turns out to be Damien, all is suddenly forgiven and he is the one hard done by?

I am liking the new mature Shane, being very considerate of Angel's relationship with Dylan.  Pretty impressive for an 18 yo.  But sometimes I would like to see a bit of the old evil Shane, getting up to mischief.....he has become a little bit boring.

Oh no Dylan locks himself in the car maybe shouldn't of left him in there Shane and Damian.

Tug gets  the blame for the missing sausages.

Glad Angel and Shane agree since Dylan is just a kid.

I hope Selina changes her mind and stays in Summer Bay.

Spoiler

We all know she changes her mind and takes Roberts as her last name in the near future.

So everyone thinks that Selina was justified in hitting Jake? Actually not just okay with it, but it seemed that Irene encouraged it. It is never permissible to hit someone. I wonder what the reactions would have been had it been the other way around - the roles reversed and a boy hitting a girl.

Why did you quote me? I never posted anything about Selina hitting this Jake guy, I haven't even seen the episodes yet I don't know anything about this story.

Glad Damian,Shane,Michael and Pippa got Dylan out of the car.

Its good that Jack apologised to everyone he has wronged.

Glad Angel changed her mind and let Shane take Dylan to the sausage sizzle.

I felt for Roxy having to stay with the broken down bus.

Beau - when I went to reply to this topic, for some reason your post kept coming up. I tried deleting it because I thought it would cause confusion (which it did). Sorry, I don't know why/how that happened

Absolutely. I am gob smacked that not one adult said to Selina that violence was not the way to respond, nor any mention of possible assault charges. Rather she did the right thing and it was all Jack's fault. Typical left-wing feminist double standards

Roxy's attitude towards Rob is getting old.

I was really annoyed with Angel this episode-Shane will make a good father towards Dylan and she couldn't have done any better. And she gave him a hard time.

Anyone else notice when Angel starting umpiring, the Tigers got better?

I'm afraid I'm going to have to disagree with Romeo&Indi Forever regarding Roxy being stranded. First of all, her high-horse attitude got her into that predicament, and second, she wasn't in any real danger. Michael playing the "hero" and scaring off those 2 men (from doing what?) was just ridiculous I mean where were their weapons? Did they try to rob her?

Spoiler

Furthermore, Selina changing her name to Roberts is just absolute bull****.

Shane, you don't know what you're giving up by adopting Dylan into you and Angel's lives and giving up your freedom in exchange for "fatherhood". It is a lifetime commitment. Just as well Angel agreed to a bit of time by themselves without Dylan but that won't mean a whole lifetime of fun times. It's just drag, drag, drag having your lives burdened by some kid 24 hours a day.

Yes I did notice that and glad they won.
