Tess wasn't much of a mother  to Lucy.

Steven entered his house on Saturday night with music playing loudly.

 

"Selina them mini pizzas are yummy," Lucy said entering the kitchen.

 

“Thank you Lucy, I'm sorry your Mother took off," Selina said.

 

"Why, I'm not she never cared about me." Lucy replied as Sarah entered the kitchen.

 

"Come dance Lucy," Sarah said grabbing her friend's hand.

 

The girls walked out of the kitchen.

 

"Lucy adores you, move in with me?” Steven asked.

 

"Yes I’d love to!" Selina replied, and then kissed Steven.

 

"I want us to buy somewhere together this place has only got two bedrooms," Steven said.

 

"Sound greats.  I want to live with you," Selina whispered putting her arms around Steven's neck and kissed him softly.

 

"We can go look on Wednesday, I’ve got the day off." Steven said.

 

Selina smiled and kissed Steven again.

 

 

 

Steven was bringing more ice in from the shed with Luke's help.

 

"Nice party Steven, I wish my Father cared a little about me and Sarah.  My sixteenth birthday party, Dad ran the car into the shed, drunk of course." Luke said.

 

"I remember.  Hey I'm here for you and Sarah," Steven said.

 

"We do need a new coach for the basketball team." Luke asked.

 

"Sounds fun, I'm in." Steven answered.

 

"Great I’ll tell the guys at school," Luke said as Selina came into the shed.

 

"Mum we got a new basketball coach, Steven’s agreed to do it." Luke announced.

 

"That great honey," Selina replied smiling at her son.

 

"I'm going back in, thanks again Steven." Luke said then left the shed.

 

"My son and you are bonding, I love that." Selina whispered putting her arms around Steven's waist.

 

"Luke’s a great young man," Steven said then kissed Selina softly.

 

 

 

Steven watched Lucy opening her present from Selina.

 

"A locket, I love it Selina thank you." Lucy said.

 

Selina raced to the bathroom and threw up.

 

"Mum are you okay?” Sarah asked.

 

"I'm fine, must be something I ate." Selina replied as Steven put his arms on Selina's shoulders.

 

"I’ll get you some water," Steven whispered.

 

"Thanks honey," Selina said.

 

 

 

Lucy saw her Father get Selina comfortable on the lounge after everyone left.

 

Selina smiled and kissed Steven loving.

 

Lucy smiled glad that her Dad and Selina were dating, they’ve been in love for a long time.

 

 

 

"I think your Mum's pregnant," Lucy announced the next morning as she and Sarah walked along the beach.

 

"I do too.  Your Father’s the best thing to ever happen to her," Sarah replied.

 

"We will be sisters." Lucy said, linking arms with her best friend.

 

 

 

Lucy and Sarah walked to the restaurant for lunch.

 

"How was the party?” Kat asked bumping into the girls.

 

"It was great, I’ve got the best Dad," Lucy replied, as Jane and Dylan entered the restaurant.

 

"Daddy pizza I'm hungry," Jane said dragging Dylan over to order.

 

"Hi Jane," Kat said.

 

"Mummy here, Daddy." Jane said then she raced to Kat.

 

"You can join us if you want Kat," Dylan said.

 

"Sound great," Kat said smiling at her ex.

 

 

 

Selina was enjoying Steven running kisses down her neck.

 

"Baby don’t stop," Selina whispered putting her arms around Steven's waist.

 

Steven kissed Selina lovingly.

 

"I love you Selina," Steven whispered.

 

"I love you too honey," Selina whispered in his ear and ran kisses from Steven’s neck to his lips. 

 

"You are so sexy," Steven whispered pulling the sheet over them as their lips met.

 

Selina heard Steven's mobile ringing.

 

"Ignore it," Selina whispered.

 

Steven pulled Selina in his arms and smiled.

 

"How did I get so lucky my girlfriend’s so sexy?" Steven asked.

 

Selina kissed Steven lovingly.

 

"You're sexy too Steven," Selina whispered then kissed Steven again.

 

The mobile began ringing again.

 

Selina moaned and watched as Steven got out of bed.

 

Steven picked up the sheets and wrapped it around his waist.

 

Steven went over to his phone that was in his pocket of his jeans on the other side of the room. 

 

"Sorry babe it’s Daniel, he wouldn’t call if it wasn't important." Steven said.

 

Selina went into the bathroom to get dressed.

 

Steven put his jeans and shirt on as Selina came out of the bathroom.

 

"Ash and some of his friends trashed the restaurant, I need to go." Steven said sounding angry.

 

"What?  I am coming too." Selina replied.

Steven entered the restaurant twenty minutes later to find cream by sprayed all over the walls.

 

All but one set of table and chairs were broken.

 

Ash came in with Phoebe Nicholson.

 

“It was a great party," Ash said.

 

"You trashed the restaurant. You're fired!" Steven snapped.

 

"Come on Steven it was only a bit of fun," Phoebe said.

 

"We can’t open today.  Just get out!" Steven snapped.

 

"Steven, be fair Ash is a great worker," Phoebe argued.

 

Steven saw Selina enter the restaurant.

 

"Fair, Ash had all my tables and chairs broken. How is me firing him not fair!" Steven snapped.

 

Selina handed Ash a cloth and bucket.

 

"No this is Steveo's restaurant.  Not my mess to clean up.  I want my pay," Ash said grinned.

 

Steven opened the safe and gave Ash his pay.

 

"Just go now!" Steven snapped.

 

Ash and Phoebe left.

 

"Why would you reward him, Steven?" Selina asked

 

"He's gone isn’t he?  I won’t have him stressing you out," Steven said.

 

"I am fine Steven he’s just taking advantage of you," Selina argued.

 

"Steven, the bathroom is flooded." Daniel said.

 

"Can you clean them up Dan?" Steven asked.

 

"Sure.  Selina had better not come near here it is wet.  Can’t have her falling over," Daniel answered smiling at them.

 

"You know about the baby?" Selina asked.

 

"Yes it’s wonderful news, so happy for you both," Daniel replied as Steven put his arms around Selina.

 

Steven, Selina and Daniel spent the next three hours cleaning up the mess Ash and his mates made.

 

Kat walked in as Steven came out of the bathroom.

 

"Tell me you never fired Ash?" Kat asked.

 

"Why wouldn't he?  Ash trashed Steve's restaurant," Selina snapped.

 

"Ash had a lot thrown at him lately with Jane reappearing in my life," Kat announced.

 

"So Ash can just trash Steven's restaurant?" Daniel said.

 

"I’m not charging Ash," Kat said then left.

 

Selina and Steven got home around ten that night.

 

"You need to eat," Steven said then kissed Selina softly.

 

"Can’t believe Ash did that, trashed the restaurant."  Selina said.

 

"Hey no work talk!  Let’s have a shower and go to bed after tea," Steven whispered.

 

 

 

Selina smiled as Steven stroked her bare back after they made love twice.

 

"Marry me Selina," Steven whispered.

 

"Of course I will baby, I love you!" Selina whispered.

 

"I love you too Selina!" Steven said then kissed Selina lovingly.

It was unfair that Ash was fired and good Kat told Steven she won't be charging Ash.
