Really enjoyed watching the big wedding, bringing a tear to my eyes as it did watching it the first time all those years ago.  Also loved seeing the old teen crew with Sarah and Damien back together, was a shame tug couldn't make it.

Was that a picture of Sarah's boyfriend she was showing the others?

I thought she ended up marrying tug in the future?

The absences at such big occasions are noticeable, like others have said, Shannon and Curtis, you would have thought Alf would make the effort to be back for the wedding, and Frankie, Shane's mum.....Donna, rob, Dylan, lots MIA

jack is a lucky boy, that was one big blast:huh:

Fisher being drunk was very funny.

The wedding was lovely and In the end Shannon was a the wedding like we saw her after the ceremony and at the reception. and Selina asks Damain to dance only to be interrupted by Shane and Angel's honeymoon farewell. but later after the wedding and after Irene goes to bed they dance and kiss before she leads him to her room. it was good to see Sarah and Damain back for the wedding.

Why wasn't there any mention of Franky and why she wasn't at the wedding? Did the writers just forget her?

Also, does anyone know when Dieter and Melissa's feud began? If they never liked each other they certainly did a good job of not letting it affect their performances. And I am no fan of Shane or Angel.

It's a shame they cut the footage of Damian and Selina in her bedroom. How did it go, did the Story Editor say "viewers would be keen to see Damian and Selina in bed together, plus think of the ratings!" and the Director said "Nope! Sorry! We can't include those scenes. No no no I don't care about the ratings, Shane and Angel's wedding is enough" Story Editor: "You don't want even higher ratings?" Director: "We just can't include those scenes. Sorry! But that's the way it is!" Story Editor: "Your funeral"

Ok so at the church we did not see Shannon or Donna all day then suddenly appear when Shane and Angel came out. Then Sally just disappeared in todays episode We all know she was at the church and was part of the day when Angel was getting ready. Then today she wasn't even there.

Also hello Rob where were you? No explanation. Nothing. Just wasn't there. Even Duncan and Christopher were there.

Even today, writers are still shocking when it comes to big events and key characters missing.

Yeah, I remember your summary of that ep missing out "the sexy footage". Also, I thought you'd think that'd go against "Standards and Decency" given what you think of Selina!

Spoiler

The Selina I'm talking about there Captain Hulk is the snobby, toffee-nosed bitch that comes out once she accepts the pregnancy that results from her sex with Damian. The nasty streak in her continues as she has a "relationship" with Curtis (and I don't mean the camping trip where Mr Fisher caught them "at it"), and the stomach-churning attitude to "mud", the bee-sting and psychiatric bull**** she goes on with and how she magically saw Steven and Dodge's clifftop fight before it happened, her being school captain, her rejection of Jeremy, and the ongoing sleaze she has with Jesse McGregor. I can begin to accept her relationship with Steven on some levels, and the goings-on with Saul don't make her look quite so bad
