Dam it missed the episode where Angel got custody. 2 questions what is Mrs Harris first name? Seriously do we actually know? Secondly Paul looks a lot older than Angel. I mean I just thought he would be around Angel's age which would now be 18, 19 and he has almost finished a law degree. He is a big unit and just looks a bit older. Not some young man like Shane.

Anyway it's funny how you remember past storylines. The upcoming storylines involving Shane, Angel, Dylan and Paul and even Shannon but I had no recollection on them having Kim stay with them. I cannot remember her at all. But the poor kid getting locked in her room at night while her mum went out singing and where was Michael yesterday when she first came home? It's not like he was out working. he works at home.

Nice to see Jack and Joe becoming friends. But I feel for poor Selina. I would have died if the deputy principal was living at my house when I was in high school.

She once introduced herself to Pippa as Anne Harris. Don't ask me why Shane & Angel keep referring to her as "Mrs Harris" all the time.

Having the Deputy Principal living in my house wouldn't have been such a big deal. Shane and Angel lived with their Headmaster for years........and they both survived. What puzzles me is why Selina ostensibly decided to keep the pregnancy despite the fact it was obviously unplanned and when she was still at school. Did she not have much hope or want to succeed at school in the first place?

Caught up on 1689 and 1690.Might as well get it out of the way even though it was one of the last things on offer: That is a really weird last sighting of Rob, appearing in one scene right near the end of the episode and only having one line.

I don't remember Kim specifically but she's the first in a very long line of short-stay foster children, which even continues after Michael and Pippa have both gone, thereby causing headaches for anyone trying to come up with a complete list of caravan park house residents. There are times when Pippa believes her own publicity a bit too much: Letting Kim play with Jack's guitar and leaving her alone in the bedroom unsupervised seemed like asking for trouble. It does seem like since the separation Michael is a lot more on board with the idea of fostering, I think from hereon we actually see him pushing the idea on occasion.

Not sure about Joe.Jack insisting he apologise to Selina for the joke mostly left me thinking "What joke?" but he does seem to be getting on okay with the teens. He's got a massive chip on his shoulder with regards Teresa however and I'm not entirely sure why. She's a bit forthright but does seem to care about the students. Is it me or does Sally suddenly seem to be dressing a bit more grown up?Her outfit in 1690 seemed different to how we've seen her before.Shannon going a bit bunny boiler on Curtis reminds me that she seems to spend most of this year being a bit crazy...

Geez I miss one episode and I miss out on so much. Hang on why did Rob leave, where did he go and what about the boat shed? Did he say bye to anyone. The last scene I saw with Rob was when he was at Travis's house when Curtis was there and he dropped something over. Was that his final scene?

My first thought when I saw his house was oh he lived in Leah's house. It was nice to see it again after burning down this year.

Rob no longer appears on the show, but continues to live in the Bay and own the boat shed off-screen.

It still feels like last Friday was his proper "goodbye" episode, he seemed to get a subtle closure in it with Donna and various characters saying goodbye to him and mentioning "the place won't be the same without" him. I guess for contractual reasons he had to appear this week but last Friday was definitely his "exit" episode in my opinion.

Oh yes, I forgot to mention: Aside from as a bonding moment, was there any point to Jack and Joe being teleported to the rough side of town? Where the heck were they, Mangrove River?

I thought I recognised the name of the actor playing the custody counsellor so I looked him up: Turns out he played that internet predator that targeted Spencer a couple of years ago!
