Frankie Posted March 26, 2006 Report Posted March 26, 2006 I actually can't get to sleep!! Its really annoying!! There are a lot of remedies....counting sheep..sleeping pills. sex..relaxation techniques..alcohol...you could also goggle insomnia on the net and see what they come up with. Quote
Cal Posted March 26, 2006 Report Posted March 26, 2006 Im 15, so I don't think I would be using Sex,pills or alcohol!!! Quote
TabbyCool Posted March 26, 2006 Report Posted March 26, 2006 You'll have to stick to counting sheep then! When I was 14 we used to go to the local off-license and buy cheap cider, didn't make me tired though, just a bit giddy! Quote
Cal Posted March 26, 2006 Report Posted March 26, 2006 I don't like counting sheep!! I once did it and I counted to 64,000!! I was up all night!! Quote
TabbyCool Posted March 26, 2006 Report Posted March 26, 2006 Maybe you could try reading or something, I find that if I'm tired, reading a book sends me to sleep. Or you could listen to the shipping forecast or some other boring radio show where all they do is talk about stuff you aren't interested in. That should send you to sleep! Quote

If you are reading something really dull, you will probably feel more tired. Try reading something really complex or something written in old English, like Shakespeare or the Bible! You need something that makes your head hurt and makes you feel more tired! Quote
