TabbyCool Posted March 26, 2006 Report Posted March 26, 2006 I also wake up every morning with a sore mouth!! Stay away from those priests and make sure you lock your bedroom door! Quote
Natalia Posted March 26, 2006 Report Posted March 26, 2006 I know counting sheep is supposed to bore you to sleep, but I get so bored I starting thinking about other things. It kind of defeats the purpose of doing it. Quote
aejdude Posted March 26, 2006 Report Posted March 26, 2006 I don't like counting sheep!! I once did it and I counted to 64,000!! I was up all night!! Listen to music, that's what i do. Quote

aejdude Posted March 26, 2006 Report Posted March 26, 2006 (edited) I've got another suggestion, you could do loads of exercise in the day so that it wears you out and this could make you fall asleep easier. Edited March 26, 2006 by aejdude Quote

That is a good one...but a lot of people find that they need to be mentally as well as physically exhausted before then can go to sleep....crossowrd...sudoku ..and running marthons would seem to be the answer. Liz Posted March 26, 2006 Report Posted March 26, 2006 Sudoku keeps me awake for hours. It is *so* addictive. Quote

That's true, sometimes if you have only had like 2 or 3 hours of sleep the night before you can get asleep alot easier the night afterwards as you need to catch up on the hours of sleep. Holly Posted March 26, 2006 Report Posted March 26, 2006 I find the opposite works on me, If i've only had a few hours sleep the night I find I get very over-tired and can't seem to settle. I also seem to sleep better during the day than the night, better quality of sleep I mean. Quote
