I've never had hot lemonade/lemsip either. I don't take any medicines if i can help it, my mum thinks i'm mad. But they generally just screw me up even more, so generally i prefer to tough it out. Obviously not if it's serious though.

I think that Lemsip contains Paracetamol.

Lemsip had meds for flu problems. Flat lemonade helps if you are feeling sick.
