Oh dear. Have you tried forcing yourself to go to sleep at 'normal' NZ times?

I usually have no trouble when I get home. It's the country I go to I have the trouble in.

You know, I've done A LOT of international travel, and I've never had jet lag.

Maybe it's because I live by such weird hours annyway. For example, it's after 2:30am in Korea, and I have to work in the morning, but I'm still about an hour away from going to bed!
