See?!?! Jess can swallow painkillers, and you can do the leg thing!!

So really it's only the knuckle thing we need to worry about - which, by the way, I am convinced is going to give me arthritis at 25 <_<

Considering it happens with my ankles, wrists and occasionally knees too!

Alli, the same thing happens with me, but with my knees. I read today that it's a big myth - it doesn't actually give you arthritis. They've done studies on it, apparently. Besides, it hurts me more if I don't do it! My joints go all weird...:P

^ Oi, I believe this is bullying, Rach!:P

I know, Jess, it feels worse when I don't crack my wrists and ankles! But my fingers, I don't do it on purpose - I go to clench my fist or grab something tightly, and the knuckles just crack! I can't "not" do it, if I want to!

^^ I feel so hypocritical because I hate it, too, when other people do it. But when the "urge" comes, I just have to do it, no matter what people say.

Lol nice, but mean, at the same time!

Lol I so can't help it though! :( I know, the knuckle-thing gets to me too, but then I have to do it! It's like a compulsion .... and I couldnt stop if I tried! Rather irritating, to say the least

But it doesn't work!! Whenever I go to lift something small or just clench my fist, they just crack! It's not actually something I do on purpose, it just keeps happening, and it's beyond my control :(
