Jackieleanne Posted October 9, 2005 Report Posted October 9, 2005 Happy birthday Krazy Karl, and congratulations Majohn. Quote
claire_louise Posted October 9, 2005 Report Posted October 9, 2005 Ooh I didn't know it was your birthday, now you're the same age as me. It's not so bad, honest! I'm refusing to accept turning 20 though. Since the ages starting getting scary (last year) I decided to start counting backwards, so instead of being 20 in December I will be 17. In my head at least! Have a great day Karl! Quote

Liz Posted October 9, 2005 Report Posted October 9, 2005 Happy birthday, Karl! I went to a medieval wedding this weekend... a very interesting experience! Quote
MarMar Posted October 9, 2005 Report Posted October 9, 2005 Oh! I wanna have one of those... have to pursuade boyfriend. *looks for boyfriend* Quote
Liz Posted October 9, 2005 Report Posted October 9, 2005 It was ace! We were all dressed up in medieval clothes (the groom had a real sword!) and we sat down to a medieval banquet with performances from court jesters at a 13th century castle. Certainly something I'd like to do again. Quote
Jackieleanne Posted October 9, 2005 Report Posted October 9, 2005 Glad you enjoyed it! Sounds like a real experience, the old traditional fairytale wedding. Quote
NuttyNeighbour Posted October 9, 2005 Report Posted October 9, 2005 I don't think I'd do that for my wedding - I'll probably be stressed out enough as it is, without worrying about impaling people with my sword! Quote
Ryan Posted October 9, 2005 Report Posted October 9, 2005 I think having a second medieval wedding would be crap, it wouldn;t feel unique. Quote
