Both Charlotte and Josh made their debut on the show in 2001 (Josh admittedly for only two weeks, Charlotte 60 eps), and both made their debut on the credits in 2002.

Neither were recurring really, one just had to wait a hang of a long time to get their mugshot up.

So if you are going by when they made the credits, Charlotte is just 2002.

If it's on the show she's 2001-2002.
